I engaged in a chat conversation with Kelly B. I had questions that were not easy to ascertain. The young lady was quite tenacious in her efforts to find the answers I was seeking. In fact, her efforts were outstanding. Such expertise and diligence, is rarely found these days.

I did get what I needed and am quite happy with the interaction. I’ll look towards those folks moving forward, without a doubt. Too bad there are not more agents like Kelly.

Mike in parts really went out of his way to help me and ensure that we had the right machine to order correct parts because I have a factory Frankenstein bike its 06 artic cat dvx 250 but they used Kymco engines and brakes on that model, Mike was very knowledgeable and really worked to get down to ordering correct parts for my machine thanks Mike & partzilla for everything you have a new customer for life 👍 😉 thanks again guys

Ordered parts on 4/6 with express shipping and 20 days later still nothing from them and no help at all from them in ordering me a new part. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Partzilla used to be perfect. But now they blocked you from highlighting and copying any part numbers from their website, totally unacceptable.

Justin handled every question and concern professionally, efficiently, and with an incredibly positive attitude. He was knowledgeable, transparent about Partzilla’s policies and procedures, and took the time to explain details that will help me with future orders and returns. He not only completed my returns smoothly but also shared useful information that will save me time moving forward.

I’d also like to recognize Lynn, who I had the pleasure of speaking with afterward. Knowing she trained and now manages Justin says a lot about the quality of leadership behind the support team.

I paid $15 for expedited shipping that clearly stated “1-3 business days”. They shipped via the cheapest possible option, USPS Advantage. This is a minimum 5 days from GA where they shipped my order from. This is the same method they would have used for free shipping. They refuse to refund my expedited shipping charge

Always have the part I’m looking for. Easy to order them and excellent communication!

I needed four fastening screws I was having a hard time locating, and Partzilla.com had them in stock. Their website is easy to navigate and make purchases on, their communication after the purchase is fantastic, and the speed and accuracy in which they process and ship orders is outstanding. I was very impressed with the experience.

I’ve attempted to order a part for my Yamaha VMAX from this company twice, and both times it was a frustrating experience.
The first time, the payment was successfully debited from my account. About a week later, the company canceled the order while it was already in route, returned the part, and issued a refund. I was told I would need to place a new order if I still wanted the part.
Since I really needed the part for my VMAX, I went ahead and reordered it. The very next day, they canceled the second order as well.
I called customer service, and they said they would look into it and get back to me with a solution. I never heard back from them. Instead, I received an email stating that if I wanted to order the part again, I would have to pay via wire transfer or a verified PayPal account. They would no longer accept debit or credit cards.
This is ridiculous and highly inconvenient. Why a company would suddenly refuse standard credit/debit card payments (which worked initially) and demand wire transfers is beyond me. It raises serious red flags about reliability and professionalism.
I won’t be ordering from them again, and I strongly recommend others look elsewhere for parts. Save yourself the headache and potential wasted time.

I just realized that I got scammed by them. I placed an order and paid extra for expedited delivery. They literally shipped the item with standard USPS. Looking at the tracking number, the item I expected to get in 3 business days and paid extra for it will take a week to arrive.
