Had the product I needed, Shipped very fast! Prices were reasonable.

Partzilla always has the parts I need! Shipping is fast and the prices are great. I will be purchasing more motorcycle goodies from Partzilla again!

The prices for the OEM parts I ordered were great, including very reasonable shipping. The item shipped within a week to me. Customer service was excellent.

Ordered a set of 8 spark plugs.
Three days later, I received an email that basically said, "Sorry. We only had one spark plug, but we are still going to charge you the $8.95 shipping."
Three weeks later, they still have not shipped. I waited 45 minutes on the phone to demand the tracking number (Yet another piece of information that they never informed me)
I typed in the tracking number at USPS and received this response:
"A shipping label has been prepared for your item. A delivery date will be provided when USPS receives the package; contact the shipper or shipping partner with any inquiries."
Yep. It's probably not a good idea to do business with Partzilla. I wish that I could give a NEGATIVE star review.

Was looking for OEM Cloth saddlebags that I purchased from Yamaha after buying the new ,at the time, 2002 Yamaha VC1700 Roadstar Warrior V-Twin motorcycle. Thought I found the exact bags for the bike but since there was no image available decided to call Partzilla directly to double check. After spending 55 minutes on the phone with parts tech person David we made the decision that the bags were not exactly like the ones I purchased back in the day. Too bad but it did save me the hassle of a return of the product. David during his 55 minutes on the phone with was so articulate and helpful to find another product or manufacturer that would suit my needs. David sent numerous photos and links to help me. I am so appreciative that you have such knowledgeable, caring and helpful people working at Partzilla.com.

Ordered bolts for my sxs followed their installation video went to tighten first one it broke off in the engine. So I didn't tighten the rest. Asked for a refund they refuse they want to send me more of the same that bring off in my engine. Now I have to go get the broken piece removed, costing me more. They refuse to refund only replace. I've ordered from them before but will not use this company again, buyers beware

I bought an engine rebuild kit the piston rings had 2 sets of top rings I spent days trying to explain to the seller that the rings wouldn’t work! He didn’t care he just hid behind his texting. Now he doesn’t respond. The timing chain had too much slack it was past the service limit it was new🤷‍♂️ front crank seal was too wide did not fit and had to buy a new one I had to buy a new timing chain in sprockets and rings $75 for the rings $60 for the sprocket chain seven dollars for the seal I’ll never buy from this company again

Needed to contact support about an unavailable item in my order. I used the SMS chat support. i am typically skeptical about online chat support, but they were able to quickly articulate the issue and provide clear guidance on what would happen next. I appreciate this type of customer service.

Several people over the last few months have helped me with a few different orders. Recently I spoke with Brandon, out of Georgia (USA). He was patient and helpful after my long explanation of the order/issue and was able to provide insights into specific parts I was having trouble with getting ahold of. I have heard nothing but good things from the workers when inquiring about their position, and am looking into potentially interviewing for a position in this company!

Our mechanic advised us to order a part from Partzilla; however, it did not resolve the issue because our mechanic gave us the wrong part number to order (deep sigh). We called and spoke with George, who provided exceptional customer service. He was extremely patient, informative and helped replace the order (PZ00230847) for the correct part. We are very grateful for the service George provided - it is rare and hard to find these days.
