My order was never received by the Post Office

My order was never received by the Post Office even though customer service said it was shipped. I think they printed a mailing label and never shipped the part. Their customer service is basically useless.

Update: your response is not correct. My package shipped on 02/09 and has not been accepted by the Post Office yet. It takes 3 days to get from my regional Post Office to being actually delivered. Your Customer service rep told me he would request updated tracking and if I didn't get a response in 48 hours (Saturday), my order would be refunded. Now you are saying Tuesday? I'm sorry, but 6 business days is not Tuesday since the Post Office considers Saturday as a business day. It's been 4 days since the order shipped and the Post Office hasn't even accepted it yet, we both know it's not coming. I went ahead and re-ordered the same parts today and paid for expedited shipping because I have to have these parts. Thanks anyways.

According to the tracking information, your package was picked up by USPS on 2/9 and marked “Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending.” USPS makes bulk pickups directly from our facility, and while packages are physically in USPS’s possession at that point, it’s not uncommon for individual scans to be delayed until the shipment reaches a regional processing center or is closer to its destination. During this time, the package is still moving through the postal network.

You selected standard shipping (4–6 business days), and based on the ship date, the delivery window is still within the expected timeframe. If tracking has not updated or the package has not been delivered by Tuesday, 2/17/2026, we will gladly initiate a replacement or issue a full refund.

first time ordered from partzilla, paid almost $18.00 extra for shipping and handling expedite 3- days. now they say it wont be here for a few more weeks. the parts arrived late but they made a quick attempt to get it to me asap. they did discount my shipping fee at the end.

Extremely disappointing first experience

I don’t usually write reviews, but the sheer annoyance I have with this company is beyond compare.

First time placing an order. Parts in stock apparently. Great. Placed an order.

Two days later, get PayPal notification of a cancelled order. No email, no form of reasoning or apology, just a completely cancelled order. After logging-in, Apparently one single part of my order suddenly wasn’t available, so they cancel the whole order. There is no logic to this course of action.

Spent forever on the online chat waiting for someone to talk to me. Lost the will to live and gave up after 16minutes of waiting.

Customer care needs to be much better. If you do decide to just cancel customers orders, it’s generally a common courtesy to actually send an email explaining.

Doubt I’ll be back, that experience was quite insulting.

Update:
The reply to my review isn't completely true. Parts were listed as in-stock (i have dated screenshots!) and are STILL being listed as in-stock on 10/02/26 - I'd suggest you need to update your website.

I'm still disappointing you haven't addresed how you didn't bother getting in touch with me prior to cancelling the order. It just wasn't a nice way to be informed. Poor show.

Also, the refund issued by PayPal is less than it cost me as they decided to change currency rates massively, so i'm 5% down. This whole experience has been lousy.

Both parts in the order were out of stock when the order was placed on Sunday, 2/7/2026. Out of stock items show an estimated timeframe, which is what was displayed on the website. The following business day (2/9/2026) as we attempted to procure these items for you, we were made aware by the manufacturer that both had been discontinued. Due to this, we were unable to fulfill the order and had to cancel. An email with this information was sent within 24 hours to the email address on file.

3 Days…

I ordered the part and it came in 3 days, BUT it cost me $18 to get it expedited. I will try this site again next time I need a part, after comparing prices.

Shipping is horrible

I am editing this review. Shipping is horrible. Horrible. This isn't the first time I've watched an item be stuck at a location, while other items easily pass through the same place. While the other item is stuck there. Customer service blames it on the weather.
I ordered 4 tires from another vendor. Tracked them through the same location as item that was sitting there. Recieved 4 tires with free shipping in 3 days. Small snorkel boot from partzilla..still waiting for delivery.
Yep. You suck and I will be ordering from a different vendor from here out

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

Ordered part that was suppose to be in stock and ordered 3 day expedited shipping. 3 days later I was informed that they had to order the part and it was 2 weeks out!!!!!!!!!!

Tried to place my first order, impossible

Tried to place my first order, endless loop Create account, lets us send you jun mail, then password bad, reset password, password still bad. 20 minutes wasted. I ended up paying shipping and more money to place it elsewhere. Wow crazy I type my info and order went through. Partzilla's web site is literally the worst, and I can imagine they wont get around shipping their orders for weeks even if their computers worked. I needed parts you couldn't handle it. These guys are an emabarassemnt

I had a HELL of a time finding the…

I had a HELL of a time finding the correct part for my daughters ATV a 2002 Suzuki 400 I needed a carburetor because my luck with rebuilding is well not so good. Our man DAVID there took time sorted with the vin number even cleared that California B.S. emissions over price stuff he found the correct carb. And his demeanor was professional I bought a number of times here and of course will continue . THX DAVID

Shipping shipping shipping. Bought something. It said in stock. Paid 2nd day shipping because I needed it. Delivery date came and went. Still says label created but now with an estimated delivery date of 7 days past the original delivery date.

The item ordered was not in stock at the time of purchase; the estimated availability was displayed on the product page and again during checkout. Your order was placed on 1/14 and shipped as soon as the part became available on 1/19. Because 1/19 was a holiday, carrier scans began on 1/20.

Our website does not offer 2nd Day Air as a shipping option. The selected shipping method delivers within 2–3 business days once the package is picked up by the carrier, with an expected delivery of 1/22.
