Awful!
I placed an order on 30 June and then subsequently received an email to say delivery would take place in August! Despite the website showing that it would take place at the very latest 28 days after ordering and that the norm is within a few days. I needed to cancel as the party I had ordered the decor bits for would be over before August even started. I have emailed a few times and my emails go unanswered, and there are no contact numbers to call to be found anywhere!
I have now tried reaching out on social media. An auto response states that orders cannot be cancelled once paid, but legally that's incorrect as there is a 14 day cooling off period in which orders can be cancelled.
What a disaster of a company!

I'm sorry to hear you missed the delivery date estimate - I can confirm this is stated at checkout clearly before you make the order.
We also have a big red banner on the homepage explaining that due to technical issues orders are taking longer to be dispatched than usual.
I've had a look and unfortunately, we don't seem to have received an email from you but I have seen you messages in Instagram with our customer service team and I'm pleased to see this is now resolved for you.

Never received delivery
Ordered balloons for delivery today. Not turned up and unable to speak to anyone at party delights. Have emailed, messaged on Facebook and I can expect a response within 3 days!
Luckily PayPal refunded me and I am currently speaking to a local lady who will help me. Will.never use again or recommend this company a

I'm so sorry about this and for the inconvenience caused - unfortunately, as mentioned on our website due to technical issues we're having some delays on shipping orders.

Ordered a 21st Birthday table balloon…
Ordered a 21st Birthday table balloon on the 31st May for a delivery on the 18th June - order never arrived and now my order number is no longer recognised when I try to track my order. I have emailed and asked for a refund but won’t be holding my breath. Wish I’d have read the reviews here before ordering.

Easy to use site, poor delivery but kind staff
The website is easy to use with a variety of great options. Unfortunately, experienced issues with items not arriving on time but I emailed the necessary contact and a few days later followed up on their instagram account and the advisor was kind, apologetic and issued a full refund. Which made me more satisfied with the experience.

Terrible company.
Order placed, dates passed for delivery.
Email sent, expected response time 48hrs and no response.
Order still in the picking stage. Party has now been and gone so basically cost me double and I needed to source elsewhere.
To say this is a company from humble beginnings they 100% are not worth any respect and deserve zero orders!
Additional info 24/06 - it appears like many others my email hasn’t made it through to them. Find this really hard to believe that no emails are making it to them despite so much negative press.
I have mailed them the screen shot as they requested so they can raise it with their internally IT (apparently).
Then requested the refund from them as it still isn’t shipped. (Let’s see if they allow such refund).
I have to be honest the whole “story” stinks.
01/07 - zero response, raised the concern with the bank to refund the money. I think they comment on trustpilot to make out they are helpful and so you can see they are responsive but it is all an act! Truly terrible.

I placed an order for 2 helium…
I placed an order for 2 helium canisters on the 6th June, my order should have been delivered on Friday 13th June. Nothing has arrived as yet. I have emailed this company and apparently it could take up to 2 days for them to reply. Our 50th Anniversary Party is on the 21st June (this Saturday) and it is too late to get balloons elsewhere. I'm hoping this Company will fulfil their side of this agreement, they have taken my money and should now therefore send me the goods in time for my event....let's see!

As you requested to cancel the order, and this was still in a processing state, the order was cancelled and refunded in full.

Order arrived missing a ‘2’ sparkler…
Order arrived missing a ‘2’ sparkler for number 20 for our daughter’s cake and sent a child’s blue single balloon instead of a pack of 40 pink ones which i ordered. Emailed them with no response 4 days later. Won’t be using again, as one thing need for party’s orders is getting the correct items as you make plans based around those!

Avoid this company - they are completely unreliable!
Ordered balloons for a birthday on 30 th of June- they accepted the order and took payment. We received an email a few days later saying they would now be delivered After the birthday. I have emailed customer services and had no response to my request to cancel the order and refund my payment. Additional comments added 6th June 25 - the company did contact me and agree to return the money wasted ( I did have to reorder at additional expense from another company) so while I would not use again- they did in all honesty try to amend their mistakes.

Still waiting for my refund. I sent the item back nearly 3 weeks ago. Not had a confirmation and they aren’t answering my emails. No phone number to contact them either.

I'm really sorry that you've had a negative experience with us, this is the last thing we'd ever want.
I've had a look at our emailing system and can see that you've emailed our team on the 3rd at 8pm, which is 12 hours ago - we can take up to 48 hours to respond to an email but I can see that someone from customer services has replied to you this morning.
Once we receive the proof of postage we can get your order refunded for you as we haven't received your parcel just yet.
When the returns department receive a return it can take up to 5 working days to process depending on how busy they are - usually it's a lot quicker.

Ordered for next day delivery 5 days later still hasn’t arrived, have sent emails yet no one has got back to me. Very bad customer Service. I had no email stating that the delivery would be late, and I was not contacted within 24 hrs. I was contacted after getting a 3rd party involved and that was after me sending 3/4 emails.

Firstly I am so sorry that your order was dispatched late, as mentioned on an email sent to all customers and the big red banner on our home page we've suffered a technical fault which has resulted in orders being shipped later than usual - we appreciate this must be frustrating for customers and our warehouse team are working tirelessly to catch up and get order shipped ASAP.
I can see in our emailing system you emailed us on Saturday night at 9pm - unfortunately, as mentioned on the auto response the customer service team don't cover the weekend but I can see you received a response within 24 hours explaining that your order was in packing and would be shipped next day delivery for you - the delivery charge has also been refunded due to the delay.
Again I can see you replied to that email on the 3rd at 12:22 and our team replied with the returns information on the same day at 16:33.
We appreciate that you needed your order on Sunday and we are terribly sorry that we couldn't get it to you in time. Our tech team have put provisions in place to prevent this sort of technical issue again so that it'll not happen in future.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed with the customer service. We placed a really large order with you for 38 decorations packs, worth over £300 in total and only received 1 pack. We've been trying to get in contact for almost a month now with no reply. We've tried email, social media and a phone number that leads nowhere. Please get back in touch with us to arrange a refund and discuss this further.
