Oh, how I wish I’d read these reviews before ordering.
I placed my order on 4 August, including gifts for a party that has now sadly come and gone. I emailed the company a week after ordering and have followed up several times since, but I’ve heard absolutely nothing. I’ve checked my spam and junk folders too, so unfortunately, there’s been no response there either.
At this point, I’m beginning to wonder whether I’ll ever receive my order - or my money back. It’s extremely disappointing and frustrating, especially as I was genuinely looking forward to receiving my items.
The lack of communication and customer service has been appalling. I certainly won’t be ordering from this company again.

Order took too long to arrive meaning I'd missed the event the order was required for even though the website states up to 7 days for standard delivery.
I returned the product as it arrived too late but despite tracking it and knowing the parcel was delivered back to Party Delights no refund was initiated. I've emailed them 3 times since in the last few weeks and had zero response back.
I would stay well clear of this company!! I live in hope that they may get in touch regarding the refund but am not holding my breath which makes them scammers in my eyes!

Your order was placed on a Saturday and was dispatched the following Wednesday. Unfortunately, the parcel then experienced an unexpected delay with the courier and was delivered approximately a week after being received by them. We fully appreciate that this was too late for the event and apologise for the disappointment and inconvenience this caused.
We are also sorry that you have been frustrated with the returns and refund process. Our returns are normally processed within 14 days of being received, and we can see that your email of 6th August was responded to the following day, requesting proof of postage so that we could investigate the return with our returns department.
We appreciate that you were expecting a refund and a quicker resolution.
We have sent you a separate email today to look into this return further, and we look forward to resolving this as soon as possible.

Awful company
Ordered on the 8th august for my daughters birthday on the 16th. Wish id of checked here first. Never arrived, they didnt even bother shipping the items. I even emailed days ago with no response. I have emailed again to ask to cancel but had no response. I do not recommend using this company. They are a nightmare to get in contact with and it looks like they do this often. Considering this is a party supply shop, they really should just close the company down as party's have deadlines and you do not respect them!!

Not received item
*in reply to your response - no emails have been received, in my junk folder or inbox. No messages have been replied to on Instagram. What are you talking about?! And no issue has been resolved as I’m still without the item or a code to collect it?
Ordered 3 items on July 30th.
First item delivered via Evri to an Inpost locker on Monday 3rd August - no QR code provided to collect the item so presumed the remainder of the order would go into the same locker.
Wednesday 5th the second item is delivered (third now out of stock which it happens) QR code provided, so am able to collect this. Its not in the same locker as the one that's been sat there for 48 hours. Email CS, urgent help needed as for a gift and also Inpost tends to return items if not collected after 72 hours.
Its now 13th August. Their "we aim to reply to you in 3 working days" has clearly failed. No response to any emails or Insta messages, and I'm yet to receive the code to collect my item!

I’m so, so sorry about this. You absolutely should not have had to chase us repeatedly, especially when the order was a gift and you were up against InPost’s collection deadline.
There was unfortunately a technical issue with part of your order being dispatched, which meant the first parcel arrived without the QR code needed to collect it. We completely understand how frustrating and worrying that must have been, particularly when the second item was sent to a different locker and you were left without a way to access the first one.
We did reply to your emails, but from your responses it’s clear that our replies haven’t reached you — they may have been filtered into your spam/junk folder. We’re genuinely sorry that this meant you were left feeling ignored, because that absolutely wasn’t the case and, more importantly, it doesn’t change the fact that you were left without the help you needed.
We’ve now spoken with you directly via Instagram and are really glad we’ve been able to get this resolved for you, but we’re incredibly sorry for the stress, inconvenience and frustration caused in getting to this point.

Atrocious, placed my order for half of it to be out of stock. Then I received my parcel and the majority of the items they told me I would receive were missing and the rest were just bunged in a tatty bag. Emailed them several times and they are ignoring correspondence. And to top it off all of the ‘out of stock’ items are still showing as in stock on the website. Please avoid and order with someone else. Wishing I had checked the reviews before ordering.

Absolutely awful experience. I wish I’d read the reviews first.
I ordered 11 items with express delivery to an InPost locker near my home. I received an email to say my order had been delivered. No confirmation from InPost that it had been received.
I liaised with Amazon Shipping and InPost and they both confirmed not parcel had been received.
I’ve sent multiple emails and Instagram messages to Party Delights, no response for days on end. I received one reply on Instagram to say my parcel was still on its way. Over a week later a parcel arrives with just 3 items in the parcel.
I keep messaging and emailing them and I’m getting zero response. Not only have I paid for items that they haven’t sent, but I paid for express delivery that was never fulfilled either.
They have taken my money and not supplied the service or products paid for. Actual robbery.

Missing order
Placed order over 3 weeks ago, paid for 3-4 days delivery and still waiting for it! On the website it says "order confirmed, preparing theese items for shipping" all this time. Emailed their office twice - 4 days later still no response. Event the costume was needed for is this week, will have to buy somewhere else now! Non existent customer service
I received my order however it was missing 4 tablecloths (I didn’t receive any) and 3 packs of DIY crowns (also didn’t receive any). I got a random balloon that I didn’t order.
I then submitted a query via the website and got no response. Sent an email the following Friday, waited 48 working hours as per all their comments for a reply and still nothing!!!
Walked off with my money. I just wish I’d read these reviews before ordering.
Either refund me or send me the missing items!!
Update: 04/08/26. I DID NOT receive a reply and am still waiting!! As in my review above, I DID WAIT 48 WORKING HOURS!!!! Complete joke!!
Update September: never heard a peep from PD. Had to dispute the transaction with the bank and got a full refund.

Chaotic, incompetent or dishonest?
Party Delights accepted my order. I chased and was told they were having problems having moved warehouse and would refund me. Then they notified me my order had been dispatched and they would send a return label. Eventually I opened a disputed payment via my bank - at that point they said they could no longer refund me but would wait on the banks process. I’m not clear if they are chaotic, incompetent, dishonest or all three but I’d strongly recommend not doing business with them. 8 weeks after placing an order I have neither the goods nor the promised refund.

EDIT - So even though I was promised a response to my email which I do not have (I’m assuming this reply to my review was classed as the reply ) I have received a refund for the missing item . However your reply to the world also offered me the shipping cost back which I have not been refunded . Just to keep my review real - it was a nice gesture to have been offered a refund the shipping cost but do not portray to the world that this is what you will do if you have no intention of doing so .

I placed an order for a child’s costume, which was needed for a school event. Three days later, the company cancelled my order due to a stock error. Unfortunately, I never received the cancellation email they claim was sent, so I only discovered the cancellation much later, leaving me with no time to find a replacement.
I understand that stock mistakes can happen, but cancelling several days after accepting an order and failing to ensure the customer is aware of the cancellation is poor service. It caused unnecessary stress and left my child without the costume they needed.
I won’t be ordering from this company again.

Ordered 38 items, received 3!
Placed an order for 38 items and only received three of them! Now chasing for a refund because ordering on 22nd May for a celebration on 4th July was clearly not giving them enough time 🙄
UPDATE: Despite what it says in Party Delights' reply, they did not inform me of any stock issues. 30 packs of cards and various decorations were still outstanding, with no information offered, until I requested a refund!
