Partners Life Arvostelua 

This is the second year in a row we have sought pre approval for a medical procedure. Partners life are terrible to deal with. The process is not easy, they make promises around timeframes they don't keep and then when you're fully stressed and its the day of the operation they finally give preapproval. Then when you partner is going in to jave the prcedure youre again chasing them because they dont have the wording correct. Despite having been given the exact wording on the claim form. I would not recommend them to anyone. Look at Unimed, Southern Cross or Accuro, anyone else.
They make excuses that they are very busy but that seems like its an issue of staffing which is thier problem.
Then to add onto this you have to go through an intermediary who was your adviser, but they are on holiday or on course and thier customer care team dont care to contact you.

If I could give them zero star, I would. I paid over 5000$ in 14th month to find out, they don't pay for GP visits, medication and take them 15 days to pay your claim into a wrong account.
There is a reason they have advocates such as enva, they are all money hungry. Do not throw your money away. Just save their monthly payments, you can easily pay for anything. They are the worst insurance in NZ and Australia

Avoid at all costs. I had to jump through hoops when I placed the insurance. I made a claim for one of my sons and they tried to use the fact that we didn't disclose he had "coughs". On a rough estimate, I've paid $15,000 in premiums in two years. My sons treatment was around $4,000. The immediate response is to find a way of not supporting any claimant rather than providing support. The narrative on their sales literature is absolutely not backed up by their actions.

Have found them very difficult to deal with. They bought my plan from BNZ who I signed up with and they are not paying out in the way BNZ explained it to me, and trying to resolve is not a great experience.

They also provided me incorrect forms to complete, so I had to redo them. Plus blame delays in responding/ providing me info to 'system issues'
I personally would avoid!
