LEAVE ME ALONE

They keep insisting I have placed orders with them when in fact until they insisted on bothering me I had never heard of them. It doesn't register with them that the address they have is not mine and the last four digits of the credit card they have is not mine. I don't know how they even got my email. It wasn't from me. Obviously someone got hold of it and is using it. It happened to me in the past and it's happened to others. It's not impossible to do. It is not rocket science Parkfield Supplies!!!

Hi,

We're sorry to hear about your experience.

We can only process and communicate with customers using the information provided when an order is placed. Our records show that multiple orders were placed using the name and email address associated with this review, which is why our team contacted you regarding those orders.

We appreciate that if your email address was used without your knowledge, this would understandably be frustrating. However, we have no independent way of verifying whether the contact details submitted during checkout belong to the person placing the order.

As soon as you informed us that you did not recognise the orders, we investigated the matter and updated our records accordingly. We have no desire to contact anyone unnecessarily and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Kind regards,

Parkfield Supplies

Easy to order and assemble

Item was easy to find on website. Arrived just in time for me to go out of town with it. It took me awhile to wrote a survey but I appreciate the reminder emails prompting feedback to assure I’m satisfied with the product. That is impressive customer service.

Interesting that my order came from…

Interesting that my order came from China.
The watch band is good, it could be a bit wider where it slides into the watch. I think it looks a bit narrow…I’m used to the Apple Watch bands which are the width of the Apple Watch faces.
Overall, happy with my two purchases, thanks.
