Trying to get an address to return my phone case that was incorrect after waiting 10days for delivery.
Terrible communication

I still have not received my order after 3 weeks. They only offered to refund 10%. Never ordering again.

The communication between seller and buyer was excellent. The product is top quality. My only slight issue is that the strap is very hard to do up and undo. But overall excellent.

I ordered the wrong case and contacted parkfield who sorted everything via email they are very helpful and everything was delivered on time. I have been using parkfield for about four years now and never been let down. Brilliant

Love my new phone case. The zipped compartment is just big enough for my keys and I love the metallic green colour. Great customer service too.

So far so good, when it was delivered in good time, I thought excellent for delivery, excellent for packaging,& again so far excellent for product

I, inadvertently, made an order mistake which I wanted to exchange.My own fault of course.

For most customers it’s not only the customer service that counts but the after service when the purchase is completed.
From my own experience I cannot fault this supplier as the exchange was no problem.
Based on this case I would definitely use them again.

I emailed Parkfield Supplies to tell them and they immediately offered to replace it.

So very good customer service.

I always remember the old adage that anyone can provide a good service when all is going to plan, you see the true business when something goes awry, so Parkfield Supplies passed this measure very well.
