Loss of 1 day out of 3 day pass be because of incompetence of customer care
I bought a 3 day Pars Pass which I was supposed to use from 26th December but I arrived late in Paris and hence cancelled my reservation for 26th December. I started using pass from 27th December. The pass expired on 28th midnight because for some reason the cancellation on 26th December was not updated by pass.
I called customer service on 29th December and even provided them the proof of cancellation. They said that the pass will become active in 2 hours but it was not activated. I called them again and it was only after 2 PM it was reactivated.
I told customer care that my entire day is lost because of their technicality and either they should reimburse me for day or give in 1 day pass for another city.
The lady called Nurmala said they can’t help and out of apology they can refund 10% of pass value which was nothing considering my entire day was lost.
Customer care is incompetent and arrogant

Pass didn’t work for last day.
Pass didn’t work for the entire last of of the 4 I purchased for 9 people!
When I contacted customer service they said they were aware of the issue and it “should” be resolved within a few hours. However, it was not. We lost an entire day in Paris.

It was nice to have so many options
It was nice to have so many options to choose from, most of everything we wanted to do or sightsee was in there. We wish there was more food options included.
The negative for us was we didn't realize that the museum pass was for less days than we purchased. We bought a 3 day pass and only after purchase did we realize that our museum pass was for 2 days. So we had to cram all our museum uses into 2 days which then made for very full packed days and had to cut some visits short so we could visit the next spot.

Well worth the money for our 6 day…
Well worth the money for our 6 day Paris Pass. We spent days wandering Paris, museums galore, food, entry into all the main sites and a 2 day Hop on Hop off bus. I would recommend to anyone.

The pass expired hours before
The pass expired hours before it should. I payed for 48 hours, so it should be valid for 48h hours, not 40, not 41, not 42... 48 hours.

Tolles Angebot wenn man ein paar Sachen beachtet
Wir waren 3 Tage mit 5 Personen (3A/2K) unterwegs und alles in allem ergibt das Angebot schon Sinn. Der Preis lag bei knapp über 700 Euro. Wir haben 9 Sachen gemacht und immer vor Ort auch gecheckt was der "echte" Preis gewesen wäre. Am Ende haben wir bestimmt 100-200 Euro gespart.
Aber ein paar Sachen muss man dazu beachten:
_ Die Museen in Paris sind für Familien ziemlich günstig. Da lohnt sich der Pass kaum.
_ Die Führungen (Eiffelturm, Montmartre, Notre Dame,...) lohnen sich preislich auf jeden Fall
_ Hop on Hop off waren preislich auch gut über den Pass
_ Die Gastronomie Angebote machen auf jeden Fall den Unterschied ob es sich lohnt oder nicht. Wir waren in vier und alle waren beste Lage mit super Service und Qualität. In allen konnten wir umbestellen für die Kinder oder bekamen Lternativen angeboten. Da hat es sich sehr gelohnt.
Ob wir jemals Führungen und Hop on Hop off gemacht hätten und so viel in Restaurants gegangen wären, wissen wir nicht. Aber das ist auch der Spass beim Pass: man kann sich Touren ausdenken und alles kombinieren.
Wir sind Fans geworden. Und Croques zum Kaffee oder unser Guide in Montmartre waren tolle Highlights.

Paris Pass or Museum Pass
The Museum Pass aspect was brilliant however we believe the rest of the Paris Pass was not overly beneficial. In retrospect we would just purchase the Museum Pass.

I would TOTALLY recommend the Paris…
I would TOTALLY recommend the Paris Pass. Although it was a bit confusing with both the Paris pass and Museum pass (which is included and needed for some venues and not others) With some strategy and planning, the Pass will allow you into EVERYTHING you want to do. (even jump the line in some instances) The locations for the extra snack experiences are perfect when you're ready for a break and the food is fantastic. Definitely find time in your schedule for some tours as the guides are wonderful. There are so many fantastic things to do with the pass!

Good if you don't know what you want to do
While there was value in it, most of the things were covered by the museum pass and then the other things didn't make up the cost difference. If the other things were better then perhaps it would be worth it, but just spending the money over the cost of the museum pass on things you actually want to do would be much more worth it.
