They sorted out a plumbing job same day, the previous Housing Association came round 8 times and solved nothing. Paradigm really care and bother. Thank you.

I ve just had my bathroom refurbished by a guy called Leon Skilling. A paradigm bathroom technician. He was very polite and professional. Did a fantastic job and cleaned up very well after himself. Many thanks Mrs murray.

I contacted the homeowner officer regarding an issue I can regarding the sale of my house. She was so helpful and prompt with getting my situation resolved as quickly as possible. It was very much appreciated the kindness show and how helpful she was outstanding

Very polite, professional. Telling about problem as he was working on the front door etc. Arrange appointment to come back with part's needed. Made sure door was made secure and still could lock and manageable for use.

On meeting Leon skilling I found him to be friendly and professional. As the week progressed he informed me of what was going to happen. On completion of his job he was tidy and professional. The whole experience was very good.

Very helpful respectful and friendly team

I was pleased with the service provided when I reported a repair. It was dealt with promptly and fixed on the 1st visit, on a day convenient for me. The quality of work was excellent and the communication from start of reporting the job and the job being completed was professional, respectful and very helpful over the phone, through reminders & through updates on messages and face to face. Overall i was happy with the service provided throughout.
