Deliver too early or too late and they get an attitude if you complain

Turkey, Izmir Bornova branch customer care sucks. Store responsible teenager called us liars because we claimed our 2 souffles which are free for first orders ?! He told us we already received it before and we lie about that. Also pizza tastes horrible everything is crappy experience!

I dont usually stop by to leave a bad review, but my last order was really disappointing. Please, please work on the quality of the food you feed us with!

Blech!!! Support your local pizzarea!!! Plus Papa John's is so bad they lost their contract with the NFL over a false narrative.

I Ordered pizza and paid for it online. I sent my husband to pick it up on his way home and they would not give him the order because he didn't have my credit card with him. They want him to come pick up my card and I'd before they would give him our $16 order. My husband told them to cancel the order and keep the pizza. Nice how they are willing to waste food. I was not charged. But the manager was very rude. I emailed Papa John's customer service about the problem a week ago and got no response.
Update. I contacted customer service a week ago and they were shocked no one contacted me. They said I would hear from someone in the next couple days and another week has gone by with no response.

Easily the best pizza around, not too greasy, pepperoni you can actually taste and soft crusts. Papa john won't disappoint, Papa bless.

As far as pizza chains go... I'm kind of in love with some Papa John's. This location in particular is great. Everyone has always been nice.

A huge con with this company is the website, it is too slow, and lags too much. They make enough money to have a faster, smooth running website. Other than that, the food makes up for the webpage. The pizza has been the same since I was a little girl! DELICIOUS! The quality remains unbeatable! Their wings are great too!

Their cheese pizza with jalapeno and olive toppings was great. It was delicious, though not as much as many other local ones. Some upgrading in terms of taste and quality would help them, for sure.

False Advertising

They calim on their pizza box 'love your pizza or we'll deliver another one free'

Well I received a cold, chewy pizza an hour after ordering. I raised a complaint with head office and was eventually offered 50% off my next pizza.

They need to reprint their boxes to reflect this: 'love your pizza or we'll deliver another one half price'

Worst pizza chain I have ever dealt with, they claim "papa's guarantee" but employee rude, unqualified pizza makers who can not take an order correctly and when you ring to complain about it, you get the phone slammed down on you with an unsatisfactory manner sent a complaint email and 4 weeks later I'm still waiting for a reply, no guarantee at all, and to top it off, the so called XXL pizza's at £20 is only the same size as a L (measure it) complete rip off. Stick with the well known chains that have been around for years Pizza Hut & Dominos can't go wrong.

Always used to order from Papa Johns, until we received our pizza which arrived dry and cold, as it it had been waiting around. Have the benefit of the doubt and ordered again a moth later and came exactly like the last one we had. Won't be ordering again.

Really disappointed by the tasteless circle of bread that got sent my way. Tasteless and poor compared to the local Italian pizzeria. Won't be making that mistake again!

Who would wait 2 hours for a pizza delivery!!
Maybe spend less on all those commercials and give the stores some customer service

Big fan of pizza, thought I'd try Papa Johns.

The pizza arrived cold. The tracking notices that I received showed me that it took 22 minutes to make a 4 minute journey. Fair enough, problems can happen.

BUT, their 'Quality Guarantee' on their website excludes any cover on temperature of food. They didn't even apologise, just thanked me for reporting it. Seems fairly inadequate that they can't promise to deliver hot food, I will not be gambling with them again.

Placed an order #6304009... We were left waiting and hungry....

I called up 10 times and nobody even answered the phone....

Great website happy to take money....terrible service.....

As an alternative I would suggest giving £20 to charity and fasting for the evening, very similar outcome but with at least some slight gratification. ....

The reason that I picked 4 stars was heavily on the fact that I feel ledos pizza is better but still.. I give credit to papa john's because it's good`!
