Food was just about warm, chicken wings like rubber, threw the lot out, Trench Road Telford

Ordered at 18:38. Was prepared and cooked by 18:58. It has now been in “checking and cutting” for 40 minutes. Ie it’s now cold. No sign of it being delivered. This was a £50 order. Never again - useless.

Order took 1h 10 mins to arrive and was cold. Ordered from Watford branch. Chased after 45 mins and was told it would be here in 10 mins - it was a further 25 mins. Very poor experience

Food was decent and the management is nice there.

From one of my favourite to the The most disgusting ,Worst, Careless, Pizza Place, Customer Service (None) & Rip Off.
I got my money back from my Bank as not received what I paid for.
Next contact ICO about data!

Very bad customer service, had a very disappointing exchange after a voucher code didn’t work due to poor service at Bromley branch

Ordered 2 pizzas , 1 arrived , asked delivery driver where’s the other , he said he was only handed 1 so rang the branch and very very rude staff was told, ‘wasn't their problem’ and put phone down on me. Used to order from here a lot but getting worse and now worse . No more !

Vegan Works has disappeared. So has my custom. Shame.

Barely any topping, shockingly bad. The aylsham rd branch in norwich delivered on time and was warm snough but had to make the topping up with other stuff. It was like two big pieces of thick bread. Papa johns used to be good

I accidentally ordered a cheese and tomato pizza with vegan jackfruit pepperoni thinking it was the vegan pizza. I rang up the Swindon store to explain my mistake but to also order the pizza I wanted but got met by someone who instantly said what my order was and that I had ordered wrong and they wouldn't help me. Wasn't what I was looking for but the instant hostility wasn't what I was expecting. Screw you, Papa John's.

Only gave it one star as it was the lowest option

What an absolute waste if time, this company have no idea of service

Pizza came with almost no tomato sauce it was dry and tasteless i called up and told them and they said someone would call me back this is a trap its a way to get out of a refund as they wont tell you but if you eat any of the pizza they wont give you a refund bit are happy to leave you and not call you back honestly just stay away from this company they cut corners to avoid any liability.

I completely understand how disappointing this must have been, especially when you tried to resolve the issue with the store and did not receive the call back you were promised. While we would normally offer a refund or replacement for orders that do not meet our standards, we are unable to do so once the food has been partially or fully consumed. However, we genuinely value your custom and want to ensure your next experience with us is a positive one. Just be warned they will fob you off when you call up then say they can't help you the next day.
Make sure you resolve it the same day as they will not tell you this its a loop hole they use to get out of refunds.
They tried to offer me a 50% off voucher when on the Web page you can already get this for free this is not a England food company and should be boycotted as its clear they dont care about quality.

Awful service on Broadway in Brooklyn, NY. The manager has an attitude every time I go and the pizza tastes like cardboard board. Definitely the last time I go and I’ll make sure all my clients also never go there!!!!

Watch out when you use their official app... They trick you into paying for an order they claim doesn't exist. You get through, submit your details and pay and then they claim you had nothing in your basket. If I had nothing in my basket, why was I still charged ????

Overpriced, slow delivery, luke warm pizza, sparse toppings including the cheese.

fantastic customer service, very polite and fast , food was delicious would hihly recommend

First time ever having a large all meat pizza for £14.99 was absolutely amazing piping hot made fresh while wee wait for 10 minutes nice quality will go again most definitely im the coming future.
