This company not only fails to provide proper customer service, but they also mishandle client concerns and show no accountability for errors. Customers are often asked to provide sensitive personal or financial information under suspicious circumstances, which raises serious security and fraud concerns.
Their customer care team is untrained, unresponsive, and often dismissive, showing no willingness to resolve legitimate issues. This is a scam company
This company is operating a fraudulent scheme by unlawfully collecting customer data and demanding that individuals provide their payment card details under false pretenses. Their justification—that discrepancies exist between first name/last name order on the account—is baseless and deceptive. I have preserved full screenshots of all communications as evidence.
Your agents have been requesting sensitive banking information and have wrongfully canceled my order without authorization. Such practices constitute a serious violation of consumer rights and data protection laws. Unless this matter is immediately rectified, I will be compelled to escalate this issue to the appropriate legal and regulatory authorities.
I have all the chat screenshots as a proof. Even tried to solved with your agents on whatsapp number but no solution. Just fooling👌😡😡
