Meat is delivered in a hot non-refigerated vehicle with inadequate ice cubes inside.
I order food from here as I want it to be healthy and kind. It might be healthy when they bag it but it aint healthy when it reaches you. I have just had a load of chicken delivered. They use dpd, non-refrigerated vans with 8 ice gell sachet's in the box, all defrosted and warm. The meat was warm and stunk. I complained and was told that is dpd's preferred method. Great customer service there. Dpd don't know that you haven't put enough ice in and as it's been sat in the back of their non-refigerated van all day in 32 degree heat, I can't see how you find that acceptable. I have had this happen with you before and you take forever to reply and you don't seem to give a S**t about it. I can't order from you again unfortunately as I don't want to get food poisoning.
