Had an issue with next day delivery, which was not Padel Shack’s fault. They refunded the delivery fee and were very prompt in replying to my emails regarding delivery issues. Good customer service.

Great Customer Service
I had an issue where Royal Mail lost my order (not Padel Shack’s fault at all) and they offered a replacement with a discount which was great customer service. I asked for recommendations on alternative rackets which Chris gave multiple options for. The replacement came a couple of days later so highly recommend.

Great service and extremely helpful.
So I had an issue with a nox racket I purchased from padel shack and emailed them to try and sort out a replacement.
I was dealing with someone called Chris and can’t fault the service, extremely helpful from start to finish and went out the way to resolved my issue through Nox, very grateful and excellent service.
Strongly recommend padel shack as a company even more now after speaking to Chris, thanks again.
