Had an issue with next day delivery, which was not Padel Shack’s fault. They refunded the delivery fee and were very prompt in replying to my emails regarding delivery issues. Good customer service.

They proactively contacted me and sent replacement grips and a new bottle. Appreciate the customer service.
Padel racket Grip damaged when removing plastic cover
Bottle was cracked and leaked when used.

Padel Racket Review
I had some issues with my product once it arrived. But the customer service was amazing, they resolved the matter swiftly and sufficiently. I was very pleased overall in the end. The member of staff which helped me was really helpful and friendly.

Great service and choice of products
The website was very easy to use, and there is a huge range of products available. My items were packaged very well. Unfortunately my items were delayed once they were with the courier service - but Padel Shack refunded my delivery costs with no issue at all and I was very grateful. Their customer service was brilliant. My son loves his racket - thank you very much.
