Packhelp Arvostelua

Easy to request, easy to design and easy process to receive the delivery. The support team was helpful when needed. It was a smooth process from the start to the end.

As usual, everything very simple, ran smooth and delivery, costings etc all exceptional

Amazing products. Great communication. Thank you so much.

Ordered delayed and not informed me about it, let down and still not being given an ETA

Fast delivery and great communication. One thing I wish and I understand financially it’s not ideal- we can order samples with our designs or you provide designer samples. That would be great.

Amazing service( special thanks to Natalia!), good quality of the packaging! Definitely recommend this company as a reliable supplier. Thank you!

The customer service was really helpful, guiding us through the shipment process and being on hand whenever we had a question. The boxes we've ordered look great and we'll be returning for another order as soon as we get through these!

All products were delivered on time and to a high quality. Special thanks to Monika who helped us an enormous amount to get our order to spec and on time.

I had a difficult situation with an order, as it was placed by a colleague who has now left and needed some attention before it could be printed. Roza was so efficient and helpful, sorting out what could have been a frustrating situation! Thank you!

Really happy with the boxes we ordered from Packhelp and needed some extra help re: invoices from Magdalena and she was really quick to provide answers!

Great service and speedy production and delivery. Would recommend!

Very responsive and seamless customer experience from briefing to delivery, and very pleased with the final product.

Great eady to use online designer tools to develop the custom box with instant quotation. I think the box was manufactured in Poland.
Will use again for new products we are developing.

Super helpful team. Good product 👌🏻

Everything was OK, slightly delay but the box quality is good. Will be making an order soon for my cosmetic packaging
Thanks

Always Great service and amazing Products.
I have been using Pack help for over 2 years now, Monica and Alicia and all the team are always on hand to help with any query I have and always offer great advice and support.
The products themselves are fantastic quality and value for money. I get full updates and the items are delivered on-time.
I highly recommend Packhelp

The boxes I ordered were the wrong colour and Packhelp (namely, Magdalena) were super quick to resolve the issue. They were happy to resend the boxes in the correct colour. The boxes themselves are very good quality for the price and exactly what I needed. I look forward to ordering again.

This company is great. Great sustainable packaging options and fantastic problem-solving. My problem wasn't even their fault and they acted quickly to resolve it. I'm more than happy!
