By far the best for speed, customer relations and compassion.
I found Oxbury when searching for a Power of Attorney account for my mother who sadly passed away last year. As executors and beneficiaries there has been quite a number of accounts to close.
Their communication and speed has been by far the best of the bunch! On provision of the necessary documentation the account was closed the next day and funds returned. Still waiting for the other banks. They are so impressive I opened my own account with them straight away. It is great that they support farming too.
Jayne Hughes is particularly impressive and supportive. So impressed.

Opened a 60 day notice base rate +0.46% tracker 8 months ago. Informed today that the rate was to be reduced by 0.61% for no justifiable reason and no change in base rate. No offer of transferring to higher advertised rates on a similar products, guess customer loyalty doesn't pay. Avoid unless you want to switch providers on a regular basis.

I find Oxbury to be very proactive when anything goes wrong, and will contact you immediately. Advice given is always clear and communication in general excellent

Sraightforward signing up process, immediate confirmation of deposits, easy access to account information and timely production of Certificates of Interest. Oh, and competitive rates of interest.

I have had several accounts with this bank and have always thought that they provide great service. This was confirmed when after opening a fixed rate bond, they emailed me to let me know that they had just made another bond with a higher interest rate available. They also explained (as I had only just opened the first bond), how to make the change.
