Efficient, excellent customer service

Joined Oxbury following a recommendation via Martin Lewis / Money Saving Expert.
Efficient & straightforward onboarding experience and everything since then has been equally manageable.
If / when I have needed assistance, someone has always been available promptly (via phone)

The professional and a listening bank

Its professional and a listening bank. Any issues what the customer has is promptly executed to perfection.
All in all, i am happy and have no cause to complain.
I was informed of the new rates of interests, and I took the necessary steps.

Maturing Bond instructions.

When my fixed rate bond matured, there appeared to be no easy way to only re-invest a portion of the capital. I wanted to transfer some capital into my linked bank account, and retain some in a new Oxbury fixed rate bond.
This should be an easy task, it wasn't.

I highly recommend investing with Oxbury

Investing with Oxbury is straightforward, simple and comprehensible.
The instructions are timely and clear and opportunities explained.
The interest rates are favourable and I like the shorter term options too.
It is very helpful to have maturity reminders and statements, all of which make Oxbury very simple to deal with.
it's good to know that investing with Oxbury also helps farmers.

Five stars.

Everything went smoothly and clearly, and the helpful staff helped me recover my account. I recommend Oxbury.If they offer good interest rates on deposits in the future, I will definitely not give them up.
