I wish there was a negative rating option. The webaite is a SCAM. The moment you pay on an order, the amount gets deducted, but there is no order which appears on the account. They have only 1 email id mentioned, to which mo one responses back. Its a big SCAM and not a real shopping site. It should be blocked.

Warning ,I ordered four items of clothing , I recieved two iitems after a few weeks ,i tried to cancel the order as it had taken so many weeks but they refused and the clothes are zero anything like the photos ,the material seems like made from plastic bags , I will be taking this complaint to trading standards as they must have scammed so many innocent people , I am waiting for my full money to be refunded for all of my order . I love the designs and prints and variety from Outbros. This is the first time I have ordered this type of clothing online. There is plenty of choice for all occasions. I Would like to see more Indian wedding gowns.
I am really looking forward to receiving my 2 outfits and will order more if they are a good fit and quality.

This company is a complete Scam. What I ordered and what I received could not be more different. I receive a thin piece of fabric badly stitched with the embroidered design actually photo printed on the fabric. I wouldn't use the rag for a nightgown. And they are beginning o give me the runaround they have given everyone else when I asked for a refund.

Very bad experience with outbros. What’s on the website is not the same I received. Website says free return. They refuse to send me shipping label. I ordered Eastern dresses from website and very poorly stitched long ugly dress came. I requested for refund they say will refund half. Now it’s been a month I ask about my refund they keep sending me the same email that refund will come in two weeks. Please please don’t buy anything from this website. I made a big mistake.

Very bad customer service keeps asking me to send order number while the website has never sent me an order number. Like everyone else said they dont know how to service online customers. They should be banned. Please refund for the 100th time I don’t want your product I just want my money refunded.

I implore everybody who shops online to never buy anything from this website. They are fraudsters. I ordered a dress from their website as a gift for my friend and the dress they posted weeks later to my friend was totally different, not even worth being used as a cleaning cloth at home. I was so embarrassed. And when I emailed them for refund they keep asking you to accept 50% of the refund and keep the item. Please save yourself from the rip off.

I GOT A REFUND FROM MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY BUT CAUSE THIS SCAMMER COMPANY WERE UNDER INVESTIGATION DUE TO IT THEY AGREED THEMSELVES TO REFUND ME EVEN THOUGH MY CC REFUNDED ME. DONT ORDER FROM THEM AS THEY DONT HAVE THE CLOTHES ADVERTISED. BEWARE.

Its a scam and fraud website.
I have ordered 2 Indian suits, one didn't turn up and another they sent an ugly cheap long shirt. Its totally a scam and I dont know how to get back my money.

This is a total scam. I ordered outfits that were never delivered. I cancelled the order and requested a refund which they agreed on. However, it has been 5 weeks and still have not received my money back. They keep saying it’s been issued and it takes 2 weeks to clear into my account. Never heard anything like this. They should be reported and investigated.
