I can’t believe I freaking got scammed by this useless website. I am so mad. Placed an order for this suit that my mom really liked and it has been WEEKS and I still have not received them. When I asked them for an exact date for delivery, I keep getting the same email saying that their items are popular and blah blah. On top of that, when I asked for a return, I was told that they would take 15% as processing fee. BROO WHAT PROCESSING FEE WHEN THE ITEM HAS NOT LEFT THE WAREHOUSE FOR WEEKS😭😭 I can’t believe I got scammed at this age and time. BE CAREFUL GUYSSSS!!!

This brand is a total scam!
My first ever experience with online scam shopping.
It’s been over 2 months since I placed the order for a wedding I’m flying to soon and after repeated emails (the only way to reach them) they’ve not only not shipped my item yet due to popular demand!!?? But also they were unable to give any clear timelines as to when I could receive them.
I’m now hoping I could get my refund, needless to say I need to do last minute shopping for the wedding I bought the items for that never came!
Can someone suggest a way to request and execute a shutdown of such scam websites?

I ordered 2 suits . Very bad quality and the suits did not look Ike the original at all . The retail should ensure customers are given the suits as advertised on the website and not any lesser . Very disappointed . I did email them about the experience of receiving low quality suits

FRAUD, do not buy from them. It has been 5+ months since I placed an order with them for earrings and a clothing item. I received the earrings (very cheap quality not like the picture) However I never received the clothing. I contacted seller's customer service and they have been taking me on a wild goose chase. At first they said that the item was delayed because it was a popular item but never provided a time frame of when the item would be back in stock; also I was charged a expedited fee for faster delivery so that part was confusing. Then they said I could return the item for a 30% money back but I never got the item so that was another thing that didnt make any sense. The last thing they said was it has been more than 24 hours so they can't accept a full refund. I contacted their seller (Payoneer) to report fraud. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM OUTBROS they are FRAID FRAUD FRAUD. save your money

This company is fraud. Please DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. OUT BROS.COM IS fraudulent company. I ordered 4 Indian dresses from them. What they show in the images is not what you get. I got dresses in fabric that looks worse than Dollar store shower curtains. I would give this company minus 100 starts if I could. They are frauds. Stay away from this company.

Have offered me a 30%. Back for what I paid and keep the dress.
All rubbish. Now I have to pay more money to send it back . No free delivery.

I ordered a suit on 31st August and am still waiting. When checked with shine they sent me an automated reply. Almost the same automated reply. Finally I told them to cancel my order and do a refund. Got a reply that refund not possible due more the 24hours. If I insist on refund they will reduct 15% from the total amount as processing fee what rubbish this guys are scamers should be banned from all sites.there are so many people 😱 cheated by them. Don't forget what goes around will come around.. you cheats

Site is a scam. Don't use it. They won't send you a product that looks anything like the picture, i mean not even close. Or they won't send anything at all. So save your money and time.

The worst site to order from!!!
I had ordered a suit in May and now it is nearly September and I have not received anything. No contact number, nothing. They did not even send an order number to me and just got the money from men. FULL SCAM.
I want my money back.

I ordered and paid extra for express delivery. 4 weeks later a complete piece of rubbish material arrived. Not the outfit I ordered. They offered me 30% refund and said I could keep what had arrived. What a joke. This company should be shut down. They are thieves and FB should be ashamed for allowing their adverts as they are scammers.

SCAM!! They did not send what I ordered. They sent material packed in a bag to weigh enough to fool the system into thinking they delivered the right thing. I can't believe I fell for this. I wish I'd checked for reviews first.

I had ordered a item from this company. Firstly it took them ages to send out my order then what I received was I absolutely a joke. I received I a less then a metre of plain material nothing like the picture
