I ordered a camera online on the 26th December 2024. Been tracking it and it has still not arrived at the hub. Emailed them several times to be fobbed off with the usual response and don’t envisage this parcel will ever arrive. I have subsequently seen lots of SCAM warnings about this company online. Not a company to trust in my opinion.STAY WELL CLEAR OF THEM !!
PS. Can longer track the parcel, all I get now is a DPD page…more delaying tactics.

By the way I am real and not a bot
By the way I am real and not a bot, I bought a oculas quest 3s and saw online this could be a scam. Obviously freaked out. Please understand this company delivers your product in the time they say - but it’s bought from places like Tokyo and china so the packaging is in Chinese. But other than that the oculas works really well.

Ordered 19/Dec/2024
Received 17/Jan, what a relief! I ordered 19/Dec, delivery option 6-10 working days - I found out the reviews that it's a SCAM! shame on me that i didn't check before purchase... I'd suggest the seller to be honest as they do on Am***n.com - there are many products with clear info of 3-4 weeks delivery waiting time, people still buy and don't label that seller as scammer. Happy I received the product though. My son's smart watch is working well so far.

Amazing value, great service.
The price quoted for my new Sony phone was £300 cheaper than anywhere else, amazing value. It took a few days to arrive because it's sourced and sent from abroad. But that was no issue for me. It's easy to track too because you are given a tracking link which is very informative. The phone arrived in perfect condition. I was impressed with the service.

Pay the extra, go elsewhere!
Be careful I ordered an Apple Watch as a Christmas present, yes they are slightly cheaper but Our Friday wouldn’t even exchange it for a smaller size, I simply only requested an exchange and they were unprepared to help as I was 5 days over my 14 day returns policy at Christmas time. I would recommend paying the little extra and having that reassurance and cover with a more established reputable company. I lost money having to sell the larger watch on eBay and then I’ve reordered the correct size on John Lewis. Terrible customer service not honouring an exchange over Christmas, I didn’t even want any money back as the smaller one is cheaper I was happy to just swap but Our Friday were very unhelpful.

Dear Customer,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration you experienced with your Apple Watch order. We completely understand how disappointing it must have been not to be able to exchange the watch, especially given the timing around Christmas.
We want to assure you that we take every customer concern seriously, and it is part of our standard operating procedure to follow up on all cases to ensure that we are offering the best possible solutions. While we do have a 14-day return policy, we deeply regret that we were unable to accommodate your request for an exchange in this instance, and we’re sorry for any inconvenience it caused.
Thank you for your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
