Ordine mai pervenuto nonostante l'assistenza mi abbia scritto di averlo rispedito. Era un regalo di natale, che figura faccio ora????? Inoltre ho chiesto per ricevere il rimborso e manco mi hanno risposto.
Ora comprendo tutte le altre recensioni.
Vergognoso davvero, pagare per poi non ricevere nulla.

IL 3 DICEMBRE HO 'ACQUISTATO' UNA STELLA.
NUMERO ORDINE FPB770084 CON TEMPI DI SPEDIZIONE CON POSTE 3-5 GIORNI LAVORATIVI. OGGI è IL 16 DICEMBRE E ANCORA NON è ARRIVATO. NON AVETE NEMMENO UN TRACKING PER MONITORARE LA SPEDIZIONE. PESSIMI DAVVERO. E' UN REGALO DI NATALE, MA CHE FIGURA CI FACCIO???

Leggendo le altre recensioni mi chiedo a questo punto se siano veritiere, oppure evidentemente sono state scritte dall' 1% che si èvisto arrivare a casa sto pacchetto. Tempo di spedizione ASSOLUTAMENTE non rispettato, servizio clienti che sembra indicato sul sito giusto per far vedere che hanno un servizio clienti, ad oggi non si sa se sto pacco è partito, sta viaggiando, si è perso, SE ESISTE! E non si capisce manco come chiedere il rimborso.

Ho ordinato la stella un po di tempo fa, ed il tempo di spedizione non è stato rispettato per nulla. Ho provato a chiamare, nessuno risponde, il numero risulta inesistente, ed è stato davvero difficile trovare dei recapiti con cui contattare il sito.
In fine non si puo tracciare il proprio pacco.
Penso che sia una truffa.

Mijn ervaring met OSR is zeer positief. Het bestellen is super overzichtelijk en makkelijk. 'What you see is what you get'. De bestellingen zijn van hoge kwaliteit en zeer persoonlijk gemaakt voor de ontvanger van het cadeau. Echt een aanrader voor een bijzonder cadeau. Alles verloopt probleemloos en de after service (indien nodig) is ronduit geweldig!!! Aanrader!

I starten var alt som det skulle være indtil, at jeg ikke modtog min pakke efter de 3-6 dage. Jeg skrev en besked til deres mail og fik svar inden for en dag. De bad mig om at bekræfte adressen igen, sendte mig en ny pakke, som jeg modtog inden for 2 dage og skrev pænt undskyld for fejlen. Så selvom det startede galt, fik jeg en udemærket service efter og derfor får de 4 stjerner⭐️

They will definitely scam you. I ordered it back in June still haven’t received anything. Whilst emailing with them having one email saying my gift is on the way and after two weeks being able to cancel my order right away?
Do not buy anything from here. 10000% scammers.

I was already 100% satisfied of the purchase I made. I received the paper certificate together with other papers in a very elegant folder, exactly within the time span indicated.
But it's when I needed to contact the customer care that this company literally started shining like a star. They have been super responsive, super gentle and they provided me a service well beyond my expectations. I cannot recommend enough OSR

Als je twijfelt om te bestellen, zeker niet aarzelen!
Wij hebben al 2 x gebruik gemaakt van deze service, nummer 3 komt eraan.

De eerste keer verliep vlekkeloos. Echter bij de 2de bestelling heb ik zelf schrijffouten gemaakt waardoor het niet op de juiste naam geregistreerd stond.

De manier waarop ze dit opgelost hebben is ongezien.
Ze hebben in een sneltempo alles recht gezet en mij een nieuw pakket verstuurd met de juiste sterrennaam op ookal was dit alles mijn eigen fout.

Klantenservice van het hoogste niveau, dikke aanrader!

Ho ordinato un kit completo della stella, oltre al fatto che è ben fatto ma il sito è davvero ottimo! Quando ho aperto il pacco ho trovato la sfera rotta, ho contattato il sito e mi hanno sostituito l’intero kit arrivando direttamente il giorno dopo. Straconsiglio

Onestamente non capisco il perché viene recensito male questo sito, ho letto tutte queste recensioni negative solo dopo aver acquistato la box “ SUPER STAR GIFT” e non nego di aver temuto il peggio. Ora sono qui a scrivere questa recensione super felice della Box che mi è stata consegnata dopo 48h. Tutto fantastico …..!!!

Pessimi! Ho ordinato un pacco e pagato 22€ per una spedizione rapida (entro 2 giorni). Mi arriva la mail di avvenuta spedizione e un sms con indicato l’orario di consegna previsto, ma, in realtà, non hanno mai consegna il pacco al corriere. Unico servizio clienti é una mail a cui non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta! Peccato, idea in sé molto bella, ma poco attendibili! Vedremo se risponderanno con calma almeno alla mail.

Ordinato da tempo ma mai arrivato continuano a dirmi che arriverà a breve ,ma di questo regalo da 99 euro neanche l'ombra ,sono molto delusa
