Excellent customer service, chair arrived on time, well packaged and nice quality. Unfortunately there was minor damage to one leg, but replied immediately to my email and dispatched a replacement that day. Can't fault them.

TERRIBLE COMPANY, NEGLIGENT AND IRRESPONSIBLE
Sent me the wrong parts and refused to compensate me for their negligence, caused me so much stress as paid a handyman 600 and still had to pay him even though he couldn’t fit it together. For a dresser worth 935.99 this is insane! They said they will send the correct parts but I still have to pay the handyman. Asked if I could at least keep the wrong mirror they sent me as well and was told no. Worst company ever, do not shop here

Unfortunately, and regretfully a mix up occurred in courier transit that resulted in you receiving 1 wrong box out of 4. Upon receiving your email about the issue our team replied within 15mins to firstly apologise for the error and to offer a reasonable resolution of having the incorrect box swapped over for you. Original delivery was made within 2 working days of you placing your order with us. We agreed to have this delivery expedited so that delivery would fall within 10 working days of you first placing your order so that our lead time as promised on site was still honored.
The emails received in response were aggressive despite our best efforts to resolve the issue promptly and professionally. Demands were made for us to pay an incredibly unreasonable amount for 3rd party handyman services of £600 for what is a half hr assembly job with a total of 12 bolts needing fastened. We did not say you had to pay the handyman, this is an agreement between you and a 3rd party, if he has requested you pay for a service he did not provide which was already at a highly inflated rate you must address that with him.
Further demand was made to keep a £400 mirror that was delivered to you incorrectly. Demands were then reinforced by threats to leave negative reviews and comments on your influencer status social media pages.
We as a company are happy to hold our hands up when a mistake has been made and work with customers to resolve in the quickest and most appropriate way. We value customer feedback and take all reviews extremely seriously but when they are weaponised by customers to demand unreasonable requests it is extremely disappointing particularly for a small family run business like ours. We have agreed to resolve the issue and will continue do so in a timely manner working within our terms of service and your consumer rights.
Corner leather like sofa …
To make an honest review the corner sofa I bought it’s really nice for the price it could be wider to sit but it’s very easy to open to bed soo you can comfortably lay down watching tv . I did except leather like material which is usually cold and slippery yet this material it’s warm and soft . It was easy to assemble my husband did within 10 min the delivery came in 6 days yet only issue is there was no communication from the seller at all I asked several time about update for my order yet no email got answer and I got a phone call at 20.30pm from a nice driver that sofa will be coming in 2h which is 22.30pm and having 5 month old baby was a little tricky and I can imagine someone would definitely not able to organise help if they alone with 2h slot . Lucky my husband called cousin to help . Definitely this should be more taken care of cos I expected they letting me know 24h before not 2h before in late evening. Although driver was very good guy and calling me
Couple of Times letting me know there is traffic and he might be late etc . Overall other then the no information about delivery I’m very happy with the purchase and giving them 4stars
