This is my first time purchasing from this company. I like what they advertise and their customer service seems to be top shelf. When I receive the products I ordered I will review the quality.

No feedback on item not shipped from order made august 20. Poor customer service. Still waiting for product a full month later. At least an email giving a date, or a refund!

I ordered a pair of boots. It has taken Opsgear over a week and they have still not been sent. I requested to cancel my order and get my money back and they responded with an email saying that they are preparing it for shipping. How long does it take to ship one item? I just want my money back and they still have not done that.

Like the product. Two items are slow to arrive. But I was able to contact them easy and got a quick reply.

Ordered pants because their site said they had them in stock and I needed them for a trip. The $6 arrived, but the pants still have not shipped.

I DID ORDER THREE ITEMS , TWO OUT OF THREE I GUESS ISN-T BAD , IF ONE IS PLAYING - HORSE SHOES ,, THE WATCH I DID ORDER WAS BROKE ,, THE MINUTE HAND IS LOOSE ,, I AM STILL WAITING ON THE REPLACEMENT WATCH ??? WILL I GET IT ??? THIS WAS MY VERY FIRST ORDER ,,,

Shipping is a bit slow. Ordered 4 items and one showed up pretty fast but the other three are still not here and communication could be improved on when they anticipate sending them.

I have shopped from this guys before and it was a good experience in the past. This time, it was terrible. The piecemealed my order and almost a month later I still don't have everything. Everything was listed as "in stock" that I ordered on their website and I still don't have it and have no idea when they are going to get around to shipping it. I keep getting excuses like the warehouse is back logged. They seriously need to figure out their distributions and logistics. I won't ever buy anything from them again.

The product purchased is of quality... although I was a little disappointed in the speed of shipping. The company claims it is veteran owned, and perhaps they worked with burocrats during there time in service. I did not experience that type of behavior while I was in service, as myself and those I encountered were high speed an low drag. If you intend to use your status as a veteran, then I ask that you preform your duties to your customers with the same integrity and high standards that being a veteran owned company would imply.

Still havent received the order. No shipping info either, so I cant really rate it.

Recently I ordered and paid for a ball cap. After several weeks I inquired and was advised by Customer Service that the hat was "oversold" and no longer available. OK, that happens, but why did I have to inquire? Why wouldn't someone contact me? Anyway, after I inquired I was told to pick another cap and I replied that they could send any cap available. No reply, no cap of any type, no refund, no customer service. I truly try to patronize Vet owned businesses, and no matter what I TRULY value service to our country, but I've made my last purchase with OpsGear. If you treat enough customers this way you will be out of business. Chuck

Always good product until this order. Elbow pads received were not in the ballpark, at all. So large that they wre made for a very large set of knees, not elbows. After attempts to adjust, still TOO large.

The waterproof flash lights WERE NOT INCLUDED IN THE ENVELOPE !
Also there was NO invoice. Please tell me they were shipped seperately.

Please send a prepaid return envelope and inform me shipping status of the flashlights.

Great shirt, clean, clear graphics. Very soft and comfortable to wear. Shirts are light weight and nice for warmer weather.

I've waited to write a review despite being asked via email no less than three times, with the first request coming immediately after placing my order. I am sure most people review the products they RECEIVE vs. the ordering experience. I give OPSGEAR 2 stars right now(3 weeks affected ordering) because not all of my order has arrived. In fact, I have no idea when the rest of my order will even be shipped.the main reason for my order was a range bag and while placing that order I decided to order some cheap gadgets. All of the molded plastic "gadgets" have arrived and I really haven't tried them out but they seem to be fine and as expected. There has been no word on when the range bag will ship, if ever. Thee was no packing slip to detail what was shipped and what may be on backorder? While I receive marketing emails each and every day from OPSGEAR, not a single email of when and if I will ever receive the range bag. Your guess is as good as mine. In my opinion, if you can find what you like elsewhere, order it from the other place. I know I will.
