Website changed, tried contacting them 5 or 6 times via email, no answers, my account is locked amd I cant log in. Im gonna miss this source.

The website is down and I have no way to contact anyone. I placed and paid for my order on the 13th of November. I received tracking information on November 18th and it's still listed as pending. My product is not here.Your website isn't available.I have no way to contact anybody.

I was contacted today with their new address osgear.to
once I log in and contact someone about my order I will update this again.

Love these guys they have always come through even when things got held up or confiscated they shipped replacement orders. Customer service has been great too so I am leaning on that customer service now and hope they reply to this comment verifying osgear.to is the official new site. Afraid to try logging into osgear.to in case it is a scam site and they get my credentials. Osgear team please let us know. Thanks!

Great experience for three order but now the site seems to be down for more than a day, what happen ?

Your website is not working and I have only received half of my order now I can not track and see where my other half of my order has gone. I need some answers here.

I’ve ordered from this website 3 times and each time has been great but this last time I ordered I was communicating with the people just waiting on my order to be shipped and now I can’t even get to the website. Every time I I search osgear.se like I’ve been doing for months now it says safari cannot open it because the server can’t be found? I can’t even access my order number now. I even tried to log in on my laptop and your website still won’t pop up, I don’t understand. After I’ve bought 3 times no problem, now on the 4th I’m just blocked from your website on all my devices?

I put in an order for PCT items over a month ago and I emailed you guys twice with zero response. And today I tried logging into my account, and it says no account found. Praying I didnt get scammed??? This sucks. My Bitcoin identifier number is D3524F and its coming from my name for $322.83 initiated November 8th. Please help with order or respond at least. UPDATE: I could not reply back to your comment but now that I see I used apparently a fake website: OSGear.org...but this is still not my fault because why did Trustpilot suggest that site to me?why are they able to post their website on Trustpilot before? (now they took it off it seems) and why do you not have this caution beware of this fake website on Trustpilot next to your website so people will know? Only way I am taking this 1 star off is if somebody makes it right gives me either my money back or what I ordered...

I have had excellent experience with osgear. Never worried about anything and ive made 13 orders

I had ordered some products and received all of them within a few weeks. The packaging was discreet. Customer support is also quick to respond. I will buy from them regularly:)
