Credit card was charged but I never received product. Called twice and emailed once to investigate but never received a response.

Order was easy but I have not received it yet!

Been 2 weeks still have not received a notice that the items I purchased have shipped. They had no problem taking the money out of my account

Yea i ordered a pair of jungle boots and i received a paid in voice but never gopt a tracking number and never receive the package so when i called i got some computer machine and left a message with the order number asking for a status or tracking number but no reply from the company

Very displeased with this outfit. Pretty ironic, that I get multiple requests for my comments and experiences, when I still haven't received all my order.
In fact, some of the most communications I get from you all, is requests for "How Are We Doing?"
Well, you wanted it, you got it. I ordered 5 items, on 19SEPT. One was shipped right away(paracord bracelet). 3 were supposedly sent about 3 weeks later(3 shemags), after numerous back and forth emails, and being "Readied for Shipment"(since order). I only received 2 of the 3 items SUPPOSEDLY in the package.
Fifth item(blowout kit), arrived a few days later, (after being "Order Being Processed" ,or some BS, since ordering).
So after about 4 weeks, I've gotten a partial order, and a promise if "finding out what's going on......." on the missing item.
They apparently drop ship most items, so no telling when youll get it, communications are sketchy, shipping accuracy certainly leaves room for improvement. Prices are OK, on some items.
If you don't care when you get your stuff, it's OK. But I say, if you want it from an actual warehouse and legitimate shipping times, buy from someplace else. I'll gladly update this if they can make it right. If not, doubt I'd deal with them again.

Probably not good when you're asking me for a review before I even get item.
It has taken for ever to get order and I'm only 400-500 miles away if that .. hope it arrives soon

It has been over a week and you have not notified or shipped my purchased item.

They where prompt in sending certain items but its been over a month I still have not received one more item I ordered.

Love the T-shirt, but $20 is a high price. Then they tack on $5 shipping, and I still don't have a delivery date. The only reason I went through with it is because I found a coupon (NOT sent to me by OpsGear) for 15% off, and I couldn't find the Air to Mud T-shirt anywhere else.

No problems with site navigation. I have already recommended to others

Ordered. Radio silence for over a month. 6 weeks to arrive. I hope this is not typical.

Nothing has arrived.
