Ongoing 2 months for product to arrive that didn't say it was back ordered or anything at time of ordering.

I have been contacted by opsgear since posting this comment. I am now satisfied with the outcome and will order again. Hopefully next time there will be more communication on late orders

One thing I did not care for, when I put things in my cart and sometime later it was cleared than had to start again. That’s it just that.

Buyer beware. I ordered a product from this company going on 2 months now and haven't received the product. Opsgear informed me I would receive and email stating my item has shipped...well no email and no product but my money has conveniently been taken from my account. Customer service is absolutely terrible. I Emailed them after the first month and got a reply saying the warehouse was behind the I Called and left a message with my information and nobody has bothered to contact me....ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS NOW!!! Opsgear? I have 3 words for you guys. I forgive you. Enjoy your $61.25. Best wishes.

Made an order OG-57237 on 30 October. Made an order of 572$.It is a whole salary for the month in Russia.
The website is silent on my letters.The order is not sent and not collected.This website Scam.It was necessary before order read reviews.Have dissolved as loha .Do not order on this website.About to ask to cancel the order and credit my card.This company is ran by liars and thief's I would strongly recommend not ordering from them.

Great stuff, great prices, delivered fast.

The shipping service was very slow. Support response was also slow with little or no feedback on what the underlying issue was.

Has been weeks and I haven’t recieved my item that was “in stock,” but they already charged my card. About to ask to cancel the order and credit my card.

Ordered a jacket never received said jacket when contacted there customer service I was informed that there what house was having some maintenence and was promised the item would ship. Still did not receive said item contacted again and was promised a rush delivery still no item. Contacted again for a refund and was ignored. This company is ran by liars and thief's I would strongly recommend not ordering from them.

Good items but the shipment is kinda slow. Most of the stuff I ordered from the US comes around 2 weeks but my order hasn't come. Its been almost a month. Hope you could look into the shipment. Other than that its all good

When my order arrived I received exactly what I expected and in good shape. No complaints. The issue I have was in the amount of time, one month, to to receive the order that was not on back order. I had to e-mail the company to get any info and update, and then it took an additional two weeks. I am undecided whether I will order any future items fromOPSGEAR.,

My order was placed, paid and confirmed on the 23rd of July 2017. I collected my package on the 26th of October 2017.

Two stars for the staff's continued support and (mostly) always responding to my emails and less one star for using the cheapest and slowest mailing and failing to pay for custom clearance.

A total of 32 emails was exchanged between me and OPSGEAR during these 3 months. Although I salute their continued support; support was only provided after NUMEROUS LONG KISS-A$$ emails trying to not lose your temper and be angry over the poor customer service.

Emails were mostly responded to, however one of the main pain points was that I ALWAYS had to initiate communications first.

Secondly, OPSGEAR didn't pay enough for customs clearance in my country and thus I had to pay an additional $30 in order to receive my package from the post-office. This is on top of the shipping fees that I already paid when I placed and paid for the order online. Unacceptable that I had to pay an additional $30 to collect.

I highly doubt that I would have received my package as I had to contact my postal offices personally in order to enquire about the status of my order as my online tracking only showed that the package was still being processed in my country. When I contacted the postal services on my own, that is only when I was able to find the location and status of my package. Not only had I to initiate this "search" for my parcell, the post office informed me that if I waited 8 days longer, then my package would have been send BACK to OPSGEAR and yet no-one of OPSGEAR or the USPS tracking was still able to locate it for me and I had to personally go on a "search" for my parcell.

The parcell was sent with the cheapest shipping option and thus no additional detailed tracking services were available plus I had to pay for the custom clearance fees.

I am not interested in any more excuses and reasons for what has happened over these 3 months. I only wished that I researched reviews BEFORE I made a purchase. I highly recommend that anyone else RATHER FIND AN ALTERNATIVE to buy from.

The company has a lot of potential and excellently integrated information systems, but the customer service is EXTREMELY POOR and LACKING. Thankyou Dave for always (and Josh mostly) responding and acknowledging queries. However too many excuses for everything that is wrong.

order placed 8 days ago, credit card charged, no info on when it will ship, no answer when I call, says I don't even have an account.

Ordering was easy and I found a good price on the item I wanted.

Order did not come together and that made me nervous. Talked with company and they assured me everything was coming and would make my deadline. It did! Very happy with the product!

I like them so far they have what most sporting good stores in my area don't have and as long as its shiped on time i will be happy

I’m sorry for giving 2 stars but my order took entirely to long to receive. I understand that it was not in stock but I was not notified of the issue until weeks later. The only reason why I knew it was not in stock is because I reached out to
customer service. They never contacted me to keep me informed of the situation.

This bag is excellent! I am a Maine Guide and big game hunter/upland bird hunter. I think it's nuts to carry all camouflage gear when you have to wear blaze orange during any open firearms season on deer/moose. If I set my pack down and it's camo, I risk losing it. If you're clothing is mostly blaze orange, why not your pack too? I also use what I call nested packs: a small one that always goes everywhere with me including in the vehicle at all times, a larger one that I sometimes carry along with the small one and both can attach to a belt, and a full-size backpack that the other two can fit in or on that contains gear I don't need to carry every day but do take when I am out longer. I went looking for something in blaze orange that fit that description and the only thing I found was this super-quality combo by Fox Tactical at OpsGear. More than I expected! Three smaller packs are detachable but comfortably attach to the backpack. The roomy backpack has a built-in water bag with long tube/straw -- hydration system I guess is the buzzword -- never had the water bag before but it is a great bonus. The system is very rugged and has the loops all around to attach additional gear (MOLLE?). The price was only half what I've seen other bags like this go for. It isn't technically blaze orange but that wasn't the objective -- it needs to be visible when I set it down, and this color is the most visible I've seen. I didn't need it fast so I selected the slowest shipping which was only about 10 days. That was fine.
