Opie Oils Arvostelua 

Ive bought oil off Opie many times . But i cant understand why on there oil finder for your vehicle they keep and still , tell me to purchase the WRONG oil .

Placed an order and then realised I missed cut off time for next day so proceeded to email about cancellation then not 10 minutes later got a phone call saying they could get it out for next day. The next day it arrived no problems at all will definitely use again.

Have used this company for many years. Always brilliant. Most recently there was an issue with the particular engine oil I'd ordered being out of stock. Customer services had proactively contacted me and a replacement (actually slightly superior to what I'd originally ordered!) had been sorted immediately. Thanks again for the brilliant service!

Overall mixed experiences with my order. Items were generally cheaper than elsewhere, however, during transit of my order there was an oil leak. When I checked the container the cap was not fully tight and I had lost about 100ml. I asked to return all the items and this was approved, but then I noticed the 'no leak guarantee' on the website and asked for replacement oil lost instead of returning the whole order. This was authorised very quickly and arrived in super quick time. However, instead of receiving my 1L of Shell 5W30 I received 5L of Millers Oils 0W16 ! It has someone else's name and address on the packing note. At this point I decided to give up and buy 1L of oil from elsewhere. Maybe the packers could do a simple task of checking the caps are tight on the oil containers? This could save Opie Oils a lot of money over the year.
I have used Opie Oils before with no issues, however based on this experience I will consider buying my oil elsewhere

Very slow to despatch items that were listed as in-stock on the website. Still not received the goods as I write this review!

Opie Oils have been my go to oil supplier for the last 2 decades. Prices are reasonable, service is great and the range is unbeatable. All the technical details available too for those of us who really want to get the best from our oils.

I ordered some bilthamber epoxy mastic in black, unfortunately white was mistakenly sent. When I called up to inform Opie, I spoke to Sam who immediately and without prompting offered to send out the correct one on a next day priority service and refunded the postage I had paid, the incorrect was collected the next day too. Amazing service and very pleasant deal with, highly recommended company. Thank you Opie oils!

EDITED to add, as per reply from Opie, it was Fedex sending out wrong information. Delivery was completed today only 2 days after the order. Faith in Opie restored.

Used Opie before and was happy with the service, however, this order of oil and oil filter has suddenly gone from 2-3 days delivery to an update from FedEx saying 9-10 days. Now I'm regretting not just going to the local Eurocarparts store... sigh

This was my first order with Opie Oils.
I ordered 6 Spark plugs, 3 for my car and 3 for my sons. When received only 5 had been sent. Phoned and spoke to a very courteous man who asked if the enclosed order form had been signed as checked. It hadn’t. He said he would send the missing spark plug. I received a follow up email from Opie oil showing they were sending the missing spark plug and also a free of charge car air freshener. What a nice thought, unfortunately when the spark plug arrived also in the packaging was an empty envelope, no air freshener and again a receipt that hadn’t been signed as checked.
Although I have now got the 6 spark plugs the effort and time taken to sort out the mess far outweighs the cost saved. Unfortunately I will not use Opie oil again.

These relays for the RE interceptor were unbelievably cheap compared to other sellers, including the postage. Received in days.
Once again an excellent service from Opie.
I have referred people to Opie because I trust then in supplying quality product and advice.

A terrible experience. I bought a TX 22 75D thermostat, and everything seemed fine until I received it. It was broken, so I sent them a video and photos clearly showing the crack, and they told me it wouldn't affect its functionality. However, that broken piece could potentially block the thermostat if it gets stuck, especially since I paid for a new product. I'm still trying to get them to send a replacement. I don't understand why they're being so difficult about sending a new one, especially since it was such an inexpensive item.

I don't understand how you can say it's okay. Have you seen the photos and video? It's clear the part has a crack and is falling out of place. It can't come like that from the factory, and besides, that part shouldn't be able to move from where it is. Please look at the photos. It's impossible for it to come like that and for Mahle to say it's normal when it's clearly broken and moving from where it should be. The photo is in my Google review if you want to see it again.

Ordered 20L of oil to keep my services on my van on the lower end. Came quick. Good job Opie

From Redruth in Cornwall to me in Glasgow overnight i am very impressed, ontop of that the range of oils is outstanding. The price was way cheaper than buying direct or any other retailer.
