Spent £200 on a coat and hat - no delivery, no communication and no answer to me emails. Going to have to report for fraud with my bank

Ordered some shorts and asked to swap them as they were too big, they said ok no worries so I sent them back and haven’t received the shorts back after 6 months even after messaging them on every platform. They even replied once saying they would send them but never did. Terrible company don’t buy from here

ordered a reversable black hat on december 13th,it is now 11 feb and hasent even been shipped,dont order from here...

Fuyez vite surtout vu les prix, on s'est fait avoir de 200€

L'article est de bonne qualité cependant il a mis 2 MOIS à arriver alors qu'il était en livraison express.
De plus, faites attention, les taxes ne sont pas incluses dans le coût d'expédition. J'ai donc du payer 12€ en plus des 196€ de base pour un article arrivé 2 mois après.
Le service client est rapide mais ne sait pas trop quand les colis doivent arriver (problèmes de douanes apparemment).

I ordered a tracksuit in time for Xmas but nothing!.
Sent loads of emails and only got one back weeks ago saying will be posted out that week but nothing!!,
Nearly 2 months later it turned up but only after I contacted the credit card company I paid with !,
It’s a nice good quality tracksuit to be honest!,
But after the terrible service would I buy another?!
Definitely Not !,
If you don’t look after your customers you won’t have a business!! 🙁🙁

Terrible company. Ordered a tracksuit which was too small we returned it for full refund and we were going to re order in the bigger size but we have never received the money back . Avoid this company!

Fraudulent company, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

They left items they “no longer had in stock” up on their website and when I placed my order, immediately sent an email requesting I change the size of the items ordered. When I made it clear that I would like a refund instead it was complete radio silence from them.

They never responded to any emails I sent and I only got my money back by reporting the transaction through my bank. Patronise this business at your own risk.
