Collinsclothingco Arvostelua 

It has been over a month since I ordered some workshirts from Collins Clothing Co. I still dont have them. There communication is terrible and they are not transparent regarding the stock issues during or even after ordering. I was told they are on there way but was not able to be given a tracking number. There support chat is run by AI and just paraphrases your coments back to you. After 1 month and 5 days they send a message informing me of a refund request. It has been a very frustrating experience and I do not recomend ordering from this company to save yourself the headache. Plenty of other companies to choose from.

Website showed 100 in stock — Collins took my money and then couldn't supply the product

I placed an order with Collins after their website clearly showed 100 units in stock. I therefore had every reason to believe the product was genuinely available and could be dispatched.

Collins accepted my order and took payment from my card.

It subsequently became clear that they could not supply the product I had actually ordered. I contacted them and made it perfectly clear that if they could not provide the same product in the same fabric blend, they should simply cancel the order and refund me.

The whole point of displaying stock availability is to tell customers whether an item is actually available to purchase. Showing 100 in stock, accepting an order and taking payment, only for the customer to discover afterwards that the product cannot be supplied, is completely unacceptable.

If you don't have the stock, don't tell customers you have 100 units available. And if you can't supply what the customer ordered, don't take their money.

This has completely destroyed my confidence in Collins. I would strongly advise other customers to think twice before placing an order with them.
