I was going to make a purchase here but after reading the reviews ive decided to look elsewhere.
Good Price but Non-Existent Customer Service
Ordered a new bike from their website recently and received an email saying it would be dispatched in 1 day. A week later and the tracking info from their courier said they had yet to receive it. Emailed to ask what was happening and got no reply at all. When the bike did arrive a few days later (dumped outside the house upside down, despite clear labelling on the box), it had a chip out the frame and scuff on the crank. Not major issues, granted, but you would expect a brand new bike to be perfect. Emailed OnYerBike again to try and sort it out but it's now 5 days later and I've once again got no reply.

I had a terrible experience with On Yer Bike. I ordered a battery with a promised next-day delivery service, but it arrived over a week late. The battery turned out to be faulty, and returning it has been an absolute nightmare. Despite sending multiple emails and making several calls, with repeated promises of callbacks that never came, I was informed that they would charge me a 10% restocking fee and postage costs for returning a faulty item. When I called to discuss this, the gentleman on the phone rudely told me to "do what you want." I have lodged an official complaint and will be seeking legal action if this isn't resolved. Avoid this company at all costs!

Bought a cube Stereo Hybrid 160
Bought a cube Stereo Hybrid 160 HPC from the Blackburn store, the team there were exceptionally helpful when it came to finding the right bike for the type of riding I'll be doing. Been out on it a good few times now and I'm LOVING it, they couldn't have helped me pick a better bike. Got my 4 week check booked in at the Burnley branch which is super convenient as you can book the check up in any store.
Thank you again for all the help from the team. I'll definitely be back when it's time for an upgrade!
Bad customer service
Great customer services.but once they have your money awful...spent 3500 on a ebike..two weeks after sale the bike was reduced to 2500.. surly they new this was going to happen ..they also promised me they would chuck in a bike stand if I purchased the bike.. once I payed they aww sorry.ww don't have the correct bike stand..come back in two weeks...so put 10 pounds in petrol in my car... arrived to a sorry.we still don't have it..it will definitely be here when u bring your bike back for its monthly check-up...wasn't there when I tooky bike back for its check up...they said will get someone to ring you when it in shop..still waiting 5 month's later...

Bought two electric bikes from these and they provided absolutely top advice and after service. They even lent me a bike to try before I bought as I wasn’t sure I could manage an electric bike. After struggling after a small stroke they took my needs into account and understood my limitations. Lovely people and super knowledgeable.

I have never felt pressured in to purchasing a bike, of which there is a very good choice to choose from. Sales & aftercare is spot on!
I bought a full sus ebike from these guys. They had a massive choice and were helpful when I purchased the bike.
But I was really impressed when I had a minor issue 2 months later (I crashed) they squeezed me in and repaired my bike within 24 hours so I didn't miss my riding trip.
It was nice to see they put as much effort into their aftercare as they do selling the bike.

The staff at the Charminster, Bournemouth, store were both friendly and helpful.
I was greeted with a smile, left to browse at will (no hard sales tactics here), and any questions that I had about any issues were satisfactorily answered.
I was only in store browsing for a new bike, I was not intending to purchase a new bike that day. I made a purchase, and left the store as a very happy and satisfied customer.

Careless servicing which took too long!
The Lancaster branch had my bike for eleven days for a major service; although I told them on day one what needed to be done, only on day four did they ring to tell me what they now agreed needed to be done & that there would be a further week's delay while they got the parts & waited for their mechanic to visit the branch again. Then my bike was returned only for the front derailleur to fail almost as soon as I left the house on its first outing after the service. Luckily my nephew, an experienced bike mechanic was up from the South & immediately diagnosed the problem. The control wire had not been properly fixed (and tightened) into the derailleur; on first use the wire had been pulled loose. Overall, given the service (and parts) cost over £300 & the lack of urgency in dealing with the issue I was (to put it mildly) unimpressed: when I rang to ask them to fix the post-service fault, I was told that there was going to be another delay (because it seems their mechanic is only there one or two days a week). This is why I asked my nephew to look at it despite him being on holiday. I for one will not be using On Yer Bike again; I feel I was taken for an idiot, and fleeced.
