As a first time buyer it's a daunting experience buying your first house especially when you hear so many horror stories of solicitors but I couldn't fault ONP at all and Niall Brooks our conveyancer was brilliant. Very impressed with ONP, especially Laura Shaw, who was an extremely reliable, diligent, and communicative solicitor to work with. A lot of the stress around conveyancing can be due to unresponsive solicitors, but I certainly didn't experience that here. The modern platform kept me updated at each stage of the process, and Laura was always easy to get hold of and willing to answer my queries promptly. She certainly put my mind at ease.
