Online Metals Arvostelua

Ordered three times so far and always orders were fulfilled absolutely accurately with very fast shipping.
The question I've had during ordering was addressed fast and clearly.

Today is July 28, I placed the order on July 08, but still haven't received my material. We are a professional CNC machine shop, and cannot afford such a delay.

This is a genuine review, if you read my review, please think it twice before you place order, thank you.

I've found the selection and organization of inventory very practical to order from.
The prices seem to be competitive and shipping is fair.

Dishonest with pricing, invoices items that have not shipped, does not post payments received and withholds orders. Horrible to work with. Not worth dealing with these people.

The ease of ordering online and the fast customer service.

Quick shipment. Good price.

My most recent order with OnlineMetals is late, and of unknown status. I've callled them, they said it will ship the next day, they said they would update the order status on their website, then... nothing. I've contacted them through their site .... nothing. I have no idea if they will ship anything. My project is sitting waiting for the materials they promised for weeks ago that were paid for weeks ago.

The item I purchased didn’t have any type of protection when I picked it up.

Order was easy to place, got processed immediately, shipped next day ( order wasn’t very big) but just as important as any order as I’m a small business owner. Showed up just a couple days later. They say what they will and are doing, then they do it! I will continue to do much more business with Online Metals

Fast shipping of hard to find material cut to length

i paid for next day deliver. It took five days to get here.

Online metals is easy and helpful to deal with even if when the mistake is my own. Thanks!

The shipping cost was nearly twice the amount of the merchandise.
