Awful service. Sent a cheaper model as no longer supply the one listed online. Still cost the full price.

A wide choice of garden wall lanterns keenly priced.
In stock and next day tracked delivery.
Great quality and Look absolutely brilliant in place
Great service

Excellent ordering and delivery service. Eaasy to use we site and ordering process and speedy fast delivery (free of charge). The outdoor light looks lovely, but we haven't had it fitted yet so can't comment on performance yet.

The ceiling fan we purchased is very good, the service was very poor.
We ordered the fan on the 6th of February, at this point we were advised the delivery would be around the 6th of March, we finally received it on the 5th of April.
I appreciate the fan was delayed by the manufacturer but ever week we were told it would be the next week and so on. we had an electrician waiting to fit it, he was fed up with being messed around.

Very pleased with product - neat little lamps ideal for the location required. Good value for money.

easy to order. service good and good products

The bathroom wall light was exactly what we had been looking for. It arrived very quickly and the picture on the website gave a good indication of what it looked light.
The only minor snag was that the pull cord was too short, but the electrician who fitted it added a bit more cord.

Product arrived a lot earlier than expected.
Well packed and product just as discribed on the websiteFive Star Service

Love this lamp but was slightly disappointed that the inside of metal wasnt painted gold to match the outside , gave a look of being unfinished properly, Customer service checked this and found all the lamps to be the same. Hence why im keeping the lamps and going to hand paint the inside myself

Quick delivery, lighting came safely packaged and the quality of the fixtures is very good. They feel sturdy and look very stylish and modern; they are clearly built well to look good and to last.

I Ordered the Battery Operated Picture Light. Really Pleased with the Quality of the light & the light it radiates is fantastic! We replaced our wired in Picture Light with this battery operated one & this one is much more superior aesthetically & light lumination!!
Fantastic Service & fantastic Product ... Very Happy Customer x

Delivered on time. No problem

Prompt delivery. Lamp looks good quality but too early to review on appearance in the room as I need to wire it in first. So far...good experience

Very surprised how lovely this table lamp is. It’s bigger than I expected but very well made. I am delighted with it and highly recommend. Also arrived next day and packed very well.

The company let me know about a delayed delivery in plenty of time. I'd ordered 2 items & the first item arrived when it said it would. Plenty updates given on the outstanding item. Still waiting on the second item but on the basis of their communication to date, I'm confident I will get it promptly when it goes out for delivery

Arrived within 24 hours of ordering, very well packed items arrived in perfect condition

I bought the remote controlled, battery operated picture light. Absolutely delighted with it, quality is great and looks more expensive than it was. Unfortunately the remote control does not work. However I emailed customer services last night and today they have responded to say a new one has been sent.

Very happy with my purchase, delivered as scheduled and speedy resolution on the remote control issue.

i found the staff very helpful and

Great website, service and fast delivery.
Not too impressed with the quality of the light i bought for the money.
