Nice and sturdy

Company uses yodel that do not have actual phone line to speak to somebody have to go through a webchat. And all the webchat gives you is the same information. You can get on the track in portal, My parcel is missing. Nobody can give me an update because the only appetite. They get is on the track in portal. Physically cannot speak to or complain to somebody in yodel about this. Now I have a mission delivery. And no means to find out where it is or even get compensation.

Top quality bright white lights with a 2 year guarantee. Very pleased.

Was kept informed of order. expectant delivery date.
Great service

Excellent product had to contact cs and their representative was fantastic.

Ordered some beautiful wall mounted lights to give my guest room a more luxe feel and they are stunning!

Edit Kanzu Wall Light with Plug - White & Wood SKU: E1391

I tried to order them from another brand but for the exact same price the other brand said the shade wasn't included, so Online Lighting secured my business instead. Fast delivery, and they even provided a free UK adaptor plug as the plugs for the lighting are EU, not UK. It's these extra touches in this day and age that make a difference, excellent anticipation of your customers needs. Well done and will shop again!

Very impressed with range of beautiful lamps and excellent service from seller.

The delivery process isn't responsive. Immediately on receipt of an email telling me my lamp would be delivered between 6.30 and 8.30 pm that day, i contacted the delivery company to ask they they leave with a neighbour as i would out for thise 2 hours. They said they couldnt make any adjustment, even to leave with a neighbour, as was already out for delivery. I couldnt contact them earlier as i didn't have a time slot. Something is wrong with the system if the first you receive details of the delivery timings, it's already too late to provide for re-direction to a neighbour.

Really happy with my floor lamp, looks lovely in the conservatory,Parcel was received very quick and very well packed

Great product and price was better than elsewhere. The item I had ordered wasn't in stock, but I was kept informed of when stock was expected to be available and, sure enough, it arrived as per the revised dates.
Very happy with the product and the customer service - thank you!

I spoke to customer services regarding the delivery I received from them. I was unsure how to get into the battery compartment of the wall light, even thinking a ‘part’ was missing. The lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and patient, explaining exactly how to get into the compartment and removing the base plate.
If I had further problems, to call her back. I’m very impressed with the care I received. 5⭐️

Awful service. Sent a cheaper model as no longer supply the one listed online. Still cost the full price.
