Online for Equine Arvostelua 

Online for Equine will be my new choice of equine shopping. Easy ordering, great prices and items came promptly. Had a query that was answered immediately, so highly recommend.

This is an unsolicited review because I want to praise the service I received from Online for Equine. I got a good price for the fly mask I ordered, but I didn’t receive an email to say it had been despatched on the promised date. I emailed a few days after this and I did get a reply explaining the warehouse problem and that it would be despatched within 48 hrs with speedy delivery, or I could have a refund if this wasn’t acceptable. The item arrived within the time frame as promised and I am pleased with it. Things happen beyond a company’s control but it’s what they do about it that matters, and Online for Equine performed, well done Customer Service.

Very unsatisfied, we payed loads extra to have our package delivered next day, it’s now been a week and I haven’t even heard back from customer service, I do not recommend this brand.

Perfect service, quality goods at great prices. Unfortunately my order wasn't delivered from the warehouse so I had to email the customer support, they replied immediately, sorted the problem and my item arrived the next day. Highly recommend online equine, wonderful and professional team.

Really impressed with how the company handled an issue with my order. They acknowledged the shipping delays, and when one of the products subsequently became unavailable, they were quick to offer a suitable substitute.

While delays can happen, I think the way a company responds when things don’t go to plan says a lot about its values. Their willingness to acknowledge the issue and make things right demonstrated genuine decency and a strong focus on customer service.

I really appreciated the sincerity, accountability and effort shown in making sure I ultimately received a suitable alternative. A very positive resolution and a good example of a company genuinely caring about providing its customers with a good service.

Received my first order today and there was an item missing. I contacted them and spoke to a lovely lady who got this sorted within 15 minutes and my item is arriving tomorrow. I have to say that your customer service is 1st class. Thank you

Bought a pair of le mieux boots and the zip went after three months. I sent a photo and received a refund same day. Very efficient. Would buy from them again.

Item took over 3 weeks to arrive. Open day I ordered up until 2 weeks later the order was not processed. Upon realising my address was on IOW I had to pay an additional £10 delivery (aswell as the initial £18) for it to arrive a week later. Customer service replied quickly with an apology but offered nothing to compensate for a hobbie horse arriving late and missing a themed birthday party.
Item arrived in good packaging and reasonable quality but I still cannot justify it taking 3 weeks to arrive and the extortionate amount I paid for postage (£28) which took 3 weeks to arrive.

Wow delivery service was fantastic. Ordered late evening 17/6, despatched early 18/6 and arrived first thing on 19/6. Excellent company to deal with.

I am thrilled with the boots I purchased! I bought 5 pairs . They were packed perfectly in one large box and mailed to me in the USA !

An order went slightly wrong, as the postage had not been added to the total, being several hundred miles away, pickup @ Warehouse was not going to happen, thought this was sorted by initial call and postage paid link.
No idea what happened to original item but on calling Support's Vicki, she got one dispatched and it arrived next day. Thank you for sorting this out promptly.

Absolutely first class customer service, I stupidly ordered the wrong product and even more stupidly didn't check the confirmation email. I only noticed when I received the dispatch notice. I rang them immediately and the very helpful lady managed to stop my incorrect order going out and replaced it with the correct stuff. I wouldn't hesitate to order from.them again. The customer support from online equine was some of the best I've ever experienced. I was late to order some essential kit for an upcoming riding holiday, and when I realised the boots weren't going to arrive in time, I rang to see if we could find a solution. Francesca, who I spoke to, couldn't have been gone out of her way more to help. In the end, she arranged for three pairs of boots to come in various sizes and by various mean, so that I had what I needed. I'm so grateful - and had the best holiday as a result! The boots are great too, really comfortable, and exactly what I needed. Huge thanks all round - that personal touch, with so much care and thought - makes all the difference!
