Refund never issued
I've returned an item personally and been promised that I will get the refund in 3 to 5 working days . After 10 days nothing !every time I contact costumer care same answer! I raised the matter to account service! Never use them again!

4x4 15dci duster replacement DPF
1st June 26 a Monday -searched Online Automotive online site - possible dpf - online advice contact to confirm part correct - Vehicle registration given over phone - confirmed over phone that there was dpf that would fit a 2017 Duster 4x4 fit - payment sent and order confirmed. Informed it would arrive end of week.
Wednesday am -DX freight txt to inform a delivery that day - later that day a email arrived from DHL to say they would deliver on Thursday. Arrived late on that day.
Friday arrived and dpf taken to garage for them to fit (that’s a different story). Dpf was incorrect.
Informed Online automotive of problem - told to take photos to compare Dpf different size and mountings etc and attach to email. Sent fri pm.
A number of phone calls made - emails sent - result a Thursday 11/6 - DX freight collection number sent but No follow up information date of collection - Nothing happened there. More emails and phone calls - Wednesday 17/6 am/pm - again more emails and phone calls - even to the actual supplier/manufacturer - sent a returns label for a APC overnight collection - Hopefully a Thursday (18th)a collection.
I won’t hold my breath - fingers crossed - the next instalment will be Refund and how long that will take.
(The supplier/manufacturer seemed surprised the Dpf ended up being delivered by DHL)
If anybody reads this review so far - You decide if it’s reasonable or not - the dust is still at the garage - by the way the Dpf wasn’t cheap £££.00 - you can either laugh or cry or both - fingers crossed

Ducato 2.2 4hv full exhaust
First off,£300 cheaper,than anywhere else for complete exhaust system of the same make for van.
Arrived with slight delay,while waiting on all parts.
Rubber hangers were missing from order,but was resolved quickly by sales team.
Some cosmetic blemishes on back box,but again was resolved quickly.
Was sceptical after reading some of reviews on here,my experience was a good one.
With bulky items,and the best will in the world,there are always some issues,but as I say dealt with very quickly on sales side.
That's why it's 5 stars from me.

Promised refund never arrived
Item never arrived (potentially delivery company issue). However once online automotive told me they were refunding the payment, they repeatedly did not send a refund. This went on from 22nd May, and as we stand today (11 june) still no refund has been sent. PayPal has now had to step in.

Bought DPF exhaust filter paid by credit card £707.09 plus exhaust fitting kit £29.56 on PayPal, I was told by my mechanic that we don’t need to replace it so send it back. So I arranged to send it back was told to pay for postage so I did £29.68, Royal Mail pick it up from home on Tuesday 2/6/2026 it was delivered on Friday three days later, have been checking if the refund was submitted not yet on Tuesday 9/6/2026 so I called online automotive spoke to
George she said that they would get it sorted. the morning of Wednesday 10/6/2026 to ask why they have send £21.62 refund instead of the full amount £29.56, so they have short paid by £7.94 for the exhaust fitting kit. Still no answer from them.
There is no mention of penalty deductible fund on refund
Was refunded £697.14 on my credit card that I paid £707.09 that’s £9.95 short

Don't bother with this company
Don't bother with this company, have messed me around with a part. Firstly saying it was out of stock 2 days after I paid and that it will be in stock in a couple of days, how did I want to proceed.. then it was apparently dispatched...to then get another email a few days later saying it's out of stock and won't be in stock for a couple weeks, so I asked for a refund as I need to get the part. Still waiting for said refund, so I emailed asking what's going on as been 7 working days since they apparently issued a refund to be told that it hadn't been done and will be "chased up" and still heard nothing and no refund. I made the order on 21/05 and it is now 10/06!!

Website said a part was compatible, so ordered and it was incorrect. Tried to send back and was refused a refund and the customer service is shocking as replies can take days and now i'm being ignored. Avoid, unless you want to be left with a part you cannot use.

Would have given 5 stars if I didn’t…
Would have given 5 stars if I didn’t have to modify the mounting for my Audi A3. The mountings supplied were unused, I had to use the original mounting brackets with some adjustments.
The quality of the silencer is superb as was the communication with Joe and the delivery process. Next day free delivery excellent!!
I could not get this silencer from Audi as it is not available any more, and it was out of stock from all other motor factors !!
All in all a great service
