1 minute and 2 seconds dropping off in my taxi in wick parade Littlehampton and fined !! Deplorable have contacted my M . P as she knows about them , even raised this company in parliament not happy

I got charged for parking in mother and baby but because I didnt get out with my kids and my partner did I was fined im also heavily pregnant!! DISGUSTING.

Absolutely disgusting company, fraudulent liars and scam artists all they care about is finding a way to scam people out of money.

Their app is useless and does not work and their machines issue false tickets they then claim are not valid.

Paid for car parking ticket, received penalty, appealed, no response. Tried emailing and calling them - NO RESPONSE. Passed on to debt recovery company issuing £170 fine (they are also impossible to contact).

Parked at Llangranog car park. Attempted to pay by the Just Park app, without success, so purchased a ticket via the machine. A ticket was issued with 1 letter of my registration only. Parked for 2 hours then received a £100 parking violation. Appealed with the payment receipt as I could not find the ticket but that appeal was declined on the basis that the payment ticket was not for my car!

Disgraceful company shouldn't be allowed to operate, extortion racket. I dropped a friend for flat viewing received a letter saying £100 reduced to £60 if paid in 14 days, i appealed it, say appeal decision takes 28 days then the 14 day reduced window restarts,no response from the company until the next letter from their debt collector requesting £170. No contact number to discuss just thieves

This company is running a predatory, illegal racket! I am an ex-Senior Civil Servant and a disabled badge holder, and I have never seen such vile, corrupt behavior in my life. One Parking Solutions Limited slapped me with a fake fine and then lied through their teeth to cover it up!

They literally FABRICATED a claim saying they offered me a mandatory £20 mitigating rate for a first-time Blue Badge oversight. That is a flat-out, disgusting LIE! They intentionally falsified evidence to trap me and block me from fighting the charge. To make it worse, these cowards systematically blocked my access to a POPLA code so I couldn't get due process. It is a calculated, deceptive trap!

Then the useless Independent Appeals Service (IAS) rubber-stamped this garbage, siding with these scammers instead of protecting drivers. I was forced to pay £100 under extreme duress just to stop this illegal penalty from doubling! They are extorting money from vulnerable motorists!

One Parking Solution has flagrantly violated the BPA Code of Practice and completely pissed all over the Equality Act 2010!

I have approached BPA to immediately investigate these fraudulent thieves and force them to refund every single penny of my money. If they do not handle these systemic abuses right now, I will personally escalate this to the DVLA, Trading Standards, and the landowner’s executive panel.

They will not get away with robbing disabled drivers!

I parked at a hotel in stroud, which I had a reservation for.
I recieved a fine for the 2 minutes it took to walk to reception and register the car. The notice for the fine literally states from 17:28 to 17:30
These cowboys should not have a licence to operate and I also blame the hotel for employing these thieves

I just paid a ticket and have opened the floodgates as another arrived a week later ( today ), everyone parks there but I have not heard of anyone getting a ticket until now. Farm Foods, littlehampton.

Our understanding was that there is a 'grace period' of 10 minutes. But it seems not. Not even for just over 4 minutes.
Anyway, regardless of the vast majority of people's opinion of these companies, they should at least make it possible for motorists to actually pay their invoices.
This lot don't. Their online system doesn't work. You get a message saying that the payment has been declined, even when it's been approved by your bank (I called the bank - the site blamed them). Four times.
So I called to try to pay by phone. Impossible. Went through the automated system, and got a message saying that the card I was trying to use was out of date. It isn't, what more can I say.
Tried calling them, but got a message saying that the number (on their website) 'had not yet been assigned'.
Incompetence? They simply don't care? Other?
Is there no control of these companies?

Parking ticket issued for a 3 minute stop to drop off at a charity shop following my mums death and having to clear her home of all her possessions We don’t live in the area, had no prior experience of the car park and had a transit van and no parking spaces were available apart from disabled bays. Already a distressing and difficult time and appealed to One Parking Solutions even sending a copy of the death certificate. My comments were completely disregarded and they upheld the fine. Absolutely shocking that they can get away with daylight robbery. Completely insensitive, unhelpful and greedy cowboys! Check out the frequent name changes on Companies house and the different businesses the directors are involved with! Thieving b******s!

A review of this entity via Companies House reveals a pattern of 'phoenixing' or frequent name changes that speaks to their reputation. Their latest error involves charging a disabled badge holder £100 for a transient stop that does not constitute 'parking.' The refusal of my appeal via a standard template confirms a failure to consider the specific facts of the case. I am now escalating this to the IAS, where I will be seeking a formal dismissal based on the lack of a 'contractual meeting of minds' during a temporary pause.

Disgusting people. Charging local members an extortionate amount for parking at their local shop that has been free and convenient for years. Scum of the earth.

EVIL COMPANY RUN BY COWARDS WHO HATE UNI STUDENTS. I went in for a 15 minute meeting at University (which I commute 90 minutes for) - only to come back to a ticket. The ticket officer was horrible when I asked for some common sense to be used. The car park was EMPTY and it’s UNI HOLIDAYS - go and ticket people in the city centre will you - absolute low life!

Awful. Deliberately stealth parking fines. This is 100% about fleecing the public. No common sense. Slightly out of bat while waiting in the car for a couple of minutes. £100 fine in post 2 weeks later. Disgusting.

Horrible company! I think this company hire mentally illness people!
We work as gardeners on several properties, and they sent us a fine. I called and explained that we work on these properties. They replied, "Send me an email with an explanation." The insane person I spoke with said, "I can't see anything in the system. This is the company's policy. I don't have to tell people anything." I received an automated response saying that we don't respond to emails and will simply send everything to the collectors.
DONT DEAL WITH THEM!

Got a parking fine through the post of this disgraceful company you try and appeal and ups it's already been appealed. You try to contact so you can appeal oh you can't contact them what other company do you know that doesn't have a contact number oh yes independent parking contractors. If the council put a ticket or send you a fine you can at least speak with someone. This to me is theft. I was only doing my job delivering it's ok the residents will soon complain when they don't get there parcels because I certainly won't be delivering on any of there grounds from now on disgusting

Absolutely awful company. The so-called appeals process is nothing more than a box-ticking exercise and a complete waste of time.

I received a ticket in my own flat’s car park, in a visitor bay, on the weekend I was moving in. I was actively loading and unloading my car and hadn’t yet received a permit, which is hardly surprising given I had moved in the day before.

I appealed and provided clear evidence, including insurance documents registered to me showing my change of address the day before the ticket was issued. Despite this, they dismissed the appeal as “insufficient evidence” and are now trying to squeeze £60 out of me.

There is zero compassion, zero common sense, and no human judgment involved, just a greedy system designed to penalise residents rather than protect them. A thoroughly disappointing and predatory experience.

So i got a ticket as my car broke down and got knows what but i had to wait for my spare key i was stationed for 8 mins they have photos of me with my car bonnet open and if they had audio they would hear my alarm running none stop i appealed and it was rejected . they dont even go for the 10 mins grace period but legal action is being taken now
