I've been a member of One Element for over 14 years after spending years paying for gym membership, not going and then giving up with it. The outdoor fitness sessions change every week and there is something for everyone. The trainers offer constant encouragement and people of all ages and abilities attend. What makes OE really special is the community - I've made lifelong friends and there are many fun social events planned throughout the year. I would highly recommend.

I’ve been training with One Element for seven years now and my fitness has been transformed in that time. Training outdoors in all weathers is part of the fun…so good for the mind as well as the body. The sessions are suitable for any age or level of fitness and never stop being effective, no matter how long you’ve been doing them. The social aspect of OE is really special too. I’ve made some of my closest friends there, training together and through the socials…it’s like being part of a team!

Fun can be found on Wandsworth Common amid the friendly fitness focussed crowd at One Element. It’s an amazingly supportive group of fantastic people, who show up rain or shine and always finish a session with a coffee and a chat. I have been a member for 9 years… bring on the next 9!

I would recommend One Element to anyone looking to build both great fitness and great friendships. The sessions are truly designed for everyone, no matter your fitness level, and it is such a welcoming sociable community. The trainers are supportive and motivating, and really help you to challenge yourself. The benefits of exercising outside in all conditions are huge and I now can’t understand why anyone would train in a gym! I’m certainly never going back!

The best fitness class in Wandsworth, fun and varied programming, amazing value, fun crew, wonderful to be outside on the common rather than in a gym. Can't recommend enough.

One Element is so much fun!! Rain or shine, I am out training in the fresh air, with every session being varied and challenging. I have made so many friends and also enjoyed all the social activities.

Committed to sponsor our newly established women’s football club to the point of arranging fitness sessions as part of our training. Then went completely cold with the Clapham branch (Josh) ghosting both us and their Tooting colleagues (who were very apologetic) about the partnership, leaving us out of pocket having turned away other sponsors who were interested but less aligned with our fitness goals. Will now not respond to whatsapp, email, voicemail etc. Really disappointing behaviour to let down women’s football so badly.

My speed and fitness levels have increased so much after just 12 sessions at One Element. Outdoor park sessions have been ideal for motivation, better sleep and increased strength. Membership also includes online classes, social / community elements, and wider support including nutrition. All of the trainers are brilliant and everyone is so friendly and welcoming.

One Element is a big part of my life , not only as far as my fitness is concerned but also socially . I highly recommend it . The trainers are amazing and motivating , the sessions are so much fun and it will bring your fitness to another level .They organise social events, adventures , trips , gathering and so much more . One Element is unique , fun, challenging , and an incredible community to be part of .

It’s the perfect combination of tough and fun. The trainers do such a great job at encouraging people to push themselves and to support each other. People at every level participate and the atmosphere is always friendly and lighthearted.

I'm so glad I was introduced to one element, for too many years I was wasting my time at the gym - now I get to (properly) work out while being outdoors and having fun! Which is so much better for the mind as well. I love how each session is tailored differently so you don't get complacent and it never gets boring. Touch rugby is great too - even for beginners (and girls!).

A brilliant way to keep fit. You can be pushed to your limits or take it as easy as you wish. Three things are guaranteed - you will get fitter, you will have fun and you will be meet some great people. Outside of training there are regular fantastic sport and social events organised. I would recommend to anybody of any age and any fitness level. Give it a go!

My wife and I train on Saturday mornings on Wandsworth Common and it's a great way to start our weekend. I have been training with One Element for seven or so years to replace rugby training and have never looked back. This training really works well with my gym sessions throughout the week and the trainers are really happy to share training and nutrition advice. I also play touch rugby with One Element on a Sunday morning, which I always look forward to. Overall it's a great way to stay fit!

One Element have a fantastic ethos and it is a great way to enjoy getting fit. You are surrounded by like minded people who are fun to be around and no matter what your level of fitness, you are pushed to your limit. I would strongly recommend it to all my friends and anyone looking to have fun whilst getting fit

I had been planning on joining for about a year and finally when I did I was kicking myself for not starting earlier! The trainers are very well trained and know when to push you or just offer encouragement. I was looking for a way of training that would work me hard but without someone shouting at me and I found just the way with One Element!

I was looking to moving out of London to be closer to my work, until I joined One Element! I started getting fitter, meeting new people (many of who are now good friends) and having more fun. I have now put my plans on hold and can't see myself leaving as long as One Element is here! There is a really friendly vibe at the sessions, which extends to the social side of the club. I'm about to go on my second ski trip and can't wait to hit the slopes again. Can't recommend it enough!

I quit the gym 18 months ago, in favour of doing more fitness in the big outdoors. Whilst there is a fair amount you can do on your own across the commons of SW18 it is so much more fun to 'work out' as part of a group. I only joined One Element in January this year but it has already proven to be a great decision; excellent variety of fitness drills, fun & friendly crowd of local fitness enthusiasts, and classes that 'work' with great trainers. Having tried a couple of other local boot-camps I can firmly say that OE wins - muddy hands down!

There's a great atmosphere in the OE classes on the Common, with everyone encouraged to motivate each other and act like a team. It's incredibly varied and keeps large numbers of people turning up week in week out, irrespective of the weather! Tom and his team do a fantastic job.

I joined One Element about 8 years ago, not only have I keept going but my 2 kids (teenagers now) have both joined as well .
Tom, Paul and Anthony are awesome at encouraging,motivating and pushing you to your limits.
Tom has created an amazing and inclusive community in SW London.
Tom has organised a treking to Everest base camp, cycling from London to Paris, a Costa Rica crossing from the Pacific to the Atlantic and many other yearly events like skiing in the Alps and cycling to Brighton .
Just come and try it, you will love it and join the family.

I've been going to One Element for around 7 years now, since Danny first dragged me along! Over the years Tom and co have set-up an incredible community and it's lovely to see familiar and friendly faces at training every week. Being able to exercise outside makes such a difference to the gym and the workouts really are better than anything else I've ever done (none of which I have stuck at for 7 years either). It's an all-season experience and I have some great memories of being on the common in all weathers - balmy summer evenings, frosty winter mornings and full-on downpours - the One Element-ers are there come rain or shine. Highly recommended.
