Olive Garden Arvostelua 

I have a bad back and didn't feel like standing and cooking dinner for myself. So, decided to order from Olive Garden in Lee's Summit, Missouri because advertised delivery was free. I ordered online the stuffed Chicken Marsala which I've had before and found it to be delicious. The delivery was by Uber and faster than initial estimated delivery. They must have different recipes for Chicken marsala because wasn't anything like I remembered when a customer ordering inside the restaurant. Before had two generous chicken breast filets separated with a large portion of garlic laced mashed potatoes with a separate portion of potatoes on the side. the order I received had substituted potatoes with a dressing like mixture in lieu of potatoes which was a bit dry and covered with very little marsala gravy. Disappointing as it was, I had little choice but to eat The biggest shock was the total bill...How can a $20.99 entree (garden salad and breadsticks included) become $32.26??? As I was creating my order, a notification appeared on each screen advising delivery would be free if code: OGDELIVERS were inserted at checkout. I entered this code as directed but afterward a notification appeared stating "discount had expired". How convenient! all along instructing insertion of this code would result in no delivery fee. Also I paid through Paypal...$32.26 to Olive Garden then I receive an additional $1.00 charge for "whatever" to the Darden Corporation???? Will probably never order delivery again without fully getting thorough explanation of what I'd be paying first. What in the heck was that additional dollar for????

The service at the Bloomington Olive Garden was exceptional. Six of my party ordered different entrees. My grandson ordered Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo. We traded because he didn’t like it. I took a few bites..ugh. My son took it for lunch the next day because I couldn’t eat it. He said “Awful”

Only half the restaurant has been open for years. I’m not waiting 30 minutes for mediocrity

If you want to give up an hour and spend $40 to waste your time. This is the place for you. I placed my order inside prepared to wait for my food because it’s decent and better than most fast food takeout. I specifically wanted the crispy chicken put in a separate container. Did they do that for both of my meals. Nope. It was all wrong. I think the only thing that was right was the breadsticks. I ended up taking it back inside and getting my money back. I used to be a regular well not anymore. I don’t waste time or money yet I did both today.

Ate at Olive Garden in Appleton Today an tried the Shrimp Fritto Misto a appetizer which turned out to be really good and l asked our waitress about it an she explained a little more about it which was nice an Stacy B. did a great job waiting on our table as well, will be back again soon,,, Don W. Al salir del lugar mi Tahoe estaba con dos vidrios rotos.. el auto estaba prácticamente frente a la entrada principal.. no tienen cámara ni dentro ni fuera del lugar..

Lugar perfecto para los ladrones .. creemos que están en complot con los trabajadores ..

Pasaron don cosas

1. Alguien activó la alarma de emergencia y tomaron más de 10 minutos en apagar.

2. Al salir el auto tendía dos ventanas rotas y el ladrón se tomó el tiempo de revisar todos y se llevó cosas de mucho valor

Llegó la policía y nos informan que este lugar no tiene cámaras..

We ordered to go meal today. This is usually busy day because of Mother's Day. We placed order at 5:30pm.
The order should be done by 7:00 pm.
We ordered chicken & Shrimp Carbonara $22.99
When I came home we had soup Toscana you never can get wrong with this. Excellent soup. After finishing soup Toscana we get to entree Chicken & Shrimp Carbonara. This is meal that we always order when we dine in. This time shrimp was missing. Meal was very dry and not tasty at all. Also noted the Mints were not in the bag too. Overall Soups are the best choice if you want to eat each time. Not sure where the Shrimp go? Possible was on Vacation who knows.

i love this place i always got great experience from here but they changed Chicken Marsala and i am not going anymore

Olive Garden in Boynton Beach, Fl on Congress Ave. Best experience ever! Very attentive waitress, the Assistant Manager came by table to ask how everything was, food was fantastic and reasonably priced. Loved it!!!

My daughter & I went to Olive Garden on Hawthorne Bl in Torrance for Easter 2025. All employees were friendly. The food was delicious & plentiful ( I had grilled salmon; she had chicken alfredo.) Breadsticks were good, soup (faglio) fantastic. They gave us delicious mint flavored chocolates after.

I had ordered online for a pick up order, food was cold. In the parking lot I grabbed a bread stick, the bread stick was cold. I went inside to let them know How nice they gave me instructions on how to heat them up at home. Really. I gave them a bad review for that experience. How awesome that I received a representative email back, was given a gift card. So wanting to go to Olive Garden last night, I took my Mom and Niece, what excellent food and service we received. And the staff couldn't have known anything because I didn't display the gift card until it was time to pay. Thank you Olive Garden for standing behind your service and food quality m

Olive Gardens cheesecake tastes like cardboard. Even with the strawberries on it it still taste like crap. That’s the worse cheesecake I ever tasted

salad changed , iceberg Lettice which every other restaurant has .. .. I only go a few times a year but no more , to much decline in food quality , I cant think of a reason to ever return . hadicap parking is the worst in the city ..

The salad and breadsticks were over the top excellent but the pasta had very little sauce and so was very dry. Service was good and I tipped accordingly.

They're specials for $14.99. do not get it's a trap because the spaghetti that you get then and take home for later. It sucks. It's just a little bit of. It's the same thing that you would get in the can ready to go. It's the same thing that's what they buy and just warm it up and use a noodle. That's it. It sucks. It's a trap. You will waste your money of $32 do not get.

I went to olive garden the one in winter park after we ate the waiter gave each party their checks and I notice the check that the waiter gave me was wrong and he stated that it would be corrected well after leaving the restaurant I noticed that I had been over charged for my meal after speaking with one manger by the name of Jose he stated that my money will be refunded back to my card which it wasn’t.I reported it to my bank that the amount that they charged to my card was incorrect.Let’s see what happens

The service was great but the Italian food not good. No flavor no garlic and was bland.

Myself and a guest was at your Bangor, Maine rest today. The food was gd. but we never got our bread sticks. I asked for them when we left and he brought them to us. Thats not a way to handle waiting tables. He also never asked how our meal was. The service is not that gd today and it wasn't busy. Hopefully that waiter changes his approach to his customers.

Wish I could give our experience higher than a 5 star review. My kids took me to dinner for my birthday to the Olive Garden at 2150 Ikea RBFCU Pkwy; Live Oak, TX 78233 and our wonderful professional server was the best ever, HANNAH! I think it’s the best service I’ve ever received. The food was delicious and you get huge servings. Hannah knew what we needed even before we knew it! She was so attentive and professional, you could tell she loved her job. I can’t thank Olive Garden and Hannah for such a special treat. Don’t miss the desserts, I had my choice on the house and chose the chocolate cake that was absolutely mouth-watering and divine. We will definitely be back soon and asking for HANNAH!
