Recived my unworn 16613 Rolex from Dino and the team, very happy with the communication and the watch!!!

I sold a watch to Dino. The whole experience was great. He came with his mobil office to Munich and we closed the deal. I definitely recommend Dino and his team. A reliable and trustworthy team !

The service was just perfect (thanks a lot Mr Costa) and the watch was delivered very quickly by Fedex

The watch is even better in reality than in photos. I am extremely happy for the purchase. The communication was easy. It is worthy to highlight how surprisingly fast was the shipment. It only took one day to arrive in Spain!! It was unbeliveable! Congratulations for the shipment service and for your grat team. Thank you

I have bought many and sold a few high end watches over the past 20, my recent purchase from O W was the first and will now be top of my list for future watch transactions. The watch I purchased was at a very fair price,in top condition exactly as described and my part exchange was also very fairly priced.

A pleasure to do business with.

I contacted OW to discuss buying a Rolex deepsea, sea dweller. OW set up a meeting in central London where' I met Dino.
Dino gave me a warm welcome and gave me the history on Rolex's and in particular the deep sea, sea dweller. His expert knowledge and opinion was excellent and gave me a level of confidence I was looking for. We negotiated a deal on the beautiful Rolex. Dino also gave me his personal details to contact him anytime.
I would recommend the personal touch OW have adopted and I'm sure I will be back to close another deal.
Thanks

Just received my Hublot and looks great. From the first moment they were in touch in order to send me photos of the watch and the overall shipment process was really fast (delivery as well). Definitely recommended!

Very professional and quick to respond to questions.

I bought a perfect Richard Mille Rm 10 WG and had a very Pleasant deal with Dino Costas. I can only give my Best recommendation.

Awesome experience from US Buyer on high $ transaction. Great from start to finish.

It was a pleasure to do business with you I wouldn't hasitate to recommend you to my friends

Having done significant research on the purchase of a very specific watch, I came about Official Watches. While I considered buying the watch through a more recognized high street shop such as Watches of Switzerland, through the entire process Michael from Official Watches was very accommodating and knowledgeable.

Purchased a AP ROO Michael Schumacher Titanium from Official Watches. George was very helpful. He held the watch for 2 weeks for me. Very fast response to emails and it was a pleasure dealing with the team. Will recommend to anyone who wants the best.

What a great team at Official Watches! From my initial enquiry to Dino about selling a couple of watches, to completing the deal at Palmers Green, I have say that the communication and process was efficient, professional and simple.

Trust Official Watches for a fair valuation, quick response and overall a simple and pleasant transaction.

Happy with the product and the competitive price, there was a delay but was kept honestly informed.

This was the second time I have used official watches and the service was just I remember, perfect!
The guys didn't have the watch I wanted but it took roughly 10 minutes for them to track one down and call me back.
Michael couldn't of been more helpful if he'd tried. You are old school when it comes to customer service, you know how it should be done!!!!
Thank you so much.

George was very helpful, and offered a great service.

Love my new acquisition! Excellent service and quick responses from Mike to all my emails. Would be very happy to deal again.

I made an international order and shipment and received great service and quick answers to my questions.
