As the title states the service by George from start to finish was first class.

High quality service and watches, very friendly and knowledgeable staff!

Great service, knowledgable & friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

Very helpful + knowledgeable on a recent purchase

fast, good response, better to check the strap firmly connected to the case before delivery next time

As good as it gets, when dealing with a remote and online vendor.

Great service, product and responsiveness! Will be back soon for another watch

Sourced what I needed efficiently and quickly and to a high standard.

Very responsive when there was a need to get in contact. Overall very good service.

A truly exceptional transaction throughout. First time purchase on Chrono24 and would highly recommend this vendor. Communication was always fast and paperwork complete. Packaging was the best I have seen and shipping by Fedex overnight was appreciated. A perfect online experience!

Ordered two Rolex watches with George who was great to deal with and got back to me straight away. The watches took a little while to arrive but they were worth the wait...they are beautiful! Their prices won't be beaten and would definitely buy from them again.

I have now bought two expensive watches from Official. Their pricing is great, they are responsive and my dealings with George Costa have been excellent and professional.

Dealt mainly with Michael. Very courteous all the way through. Managed to get brand new Submariner in 2 weeks whereas all Rolex ADs were quoting 6-12 months

Bought a stunning Rolex Daytona Everose from OfficialWatches after much searching and price comparing, and these guys came up with what I wanted at the right and fair price. I chose them because they have established a very good reputation over many years, and you have to trust who you buy your precious watches from.

Excillent service

George was very helpful and got me the exact watch i was looking for, i would definitely do business with these gentlemen again.

Smooth and constant/prompt communication, watch arrived safe and sound. For an international delivery. Will be back.

Had a great end-end customer experience with Michael from Offical Watches who was very helpful throughout the process. Michael communicated with me effectively and in timely manner and did everything to ensure I was happy with my purchase. I picked up a Cartier Santos 100 Carbon in mint condition and at a great price point too. We did the deal over the phone on a Monday and Michael had the watch express shipped to me overseas which arrived the very next day exactly as described. Thank you Michael for an extremely smooth and pain free transaction. I'm very happy with the watch and have no doubt we'll do business again in the near future!

Great people made experience seemless. Very knowledgeable

The team was very helpful and went out of their way to facilitate the deal.

I am now the very proud owner of my first AP, and luv the piece....

Thanks guys for all your help....Ill be back.
