Rancid Datterini Tomatoes
NON RESPONSIVE BUSINESS - VERY LOYAL CUSTOMER!!! >:o/
Dear Mr Manuelides, [***CEO***]
Further to my not one but two unanswered emails below.
Please kindly do advise if you would like me to advise the Food Standards Agency, Trading Standards and any other appropriate agencies that may have authority in relation to the issue that I have raised with yourself in all good faith.
I trust that you will take my communication on a serious note and respond without delay.
Failing which, I shall assume that you do approve and wish for me to press ahead with a more serious and official regulatory route.
Kind regards,

Dear Mr Manuelides,
I appreciate that I sent my email below to your info'at'odysea.com contact email on Friday 13th .
However, I would be very grateful for a timely reply as your Semi-Dried Datterini Tomatoes at £3.25 per jar is not particularly cheap for potentially 2 jars of inedible rancid product.
I trust that you will ensure that I receive a timely response and resolution.
Kind regards,

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been a very loyal fan of your products for many years now.
However, this week and last week, I purchased 2 jars of your Datterini Tomatoes and today I opened one to use for topping my pizzas.
Unfortunately, the tomatoes are rancid and ruined 2 pizzas.
Both jars have identical Batch details and one remains unopened.
I can only assume that either the jar that I have opened had become contaminated in some form or the entire batch is rancid.
I have attached some images for your perusal.
I look forward to hearing from you very shortly.
Yours faithfully,
