Great trading tips on a daily basis with great success, although still only practice account. Great broker for a beginner and most probably successful traders.

We’re sorry you faced this situation. We can see that you recently contacted Customer Support Team regarding an account connection issue.
We’d like to clarify that your current account is an OctaTrader account, not a MetaTrader account. OctaTrader accounts cannot be connected to MetaTrader. If you’d like to use MT5, you’ll need to create a new MT5 trading account.
To create one in the Octa app:
1. Go to the Dashboard and tap the dropdown at the top.
2. Select Create new account, choose your preferred account type, and tap Configure.
3. Once set up, tap Create trading account and select MT5.

Withdrawal delay.
Whenever I use octa it's a big headache for withdraw the amount. It's been 3 days..still the withdrawal request is pending. My withdrawal id W23382451. When I try to talk to agent I have to wait for 1 hour and I all got the answer of " technical issue, we will notify you via email". This octafx app seems very fake. Deposit is very easy ..they have to maintain their standard and give proper response atleast.

The is just a fraud company who is there to fraud you guys of your hard earned money. They just won’t let you withdraw your own money no matter how hard you try and no matter how long you wait for.
This the second time I am facing this issue where the money is gone from my trading but i have not received it in my bank account even after their claimed 1-3 hours have passed. And god bless you if you trying to talk to a human agent cause simply they let you connect with them and tell them your problem every time you try to contact the customer support there is a STUPID AI agent is their to ruin your mood even more.
Avoid them as much as you can cause there’s a very slight probability you will be able to successfully withdraw your money from even after paying so much in commissions. I know I won’t be receiving my money cause that’s what happened last time too. The money got debited from my trading account but i never received it in my bank account.
AVOID THESE FRAUDSTERS AS MUCH AS YOU CAN TO SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!! !! !!! !!! !!!

Hidden charges
No commission is wrong information because they take high fees in spread difference, 1 lot 30dollar as spread, I can show several applications with 50 percent spread difference than octa , u are charging commission on spread difference, if u ready I can submit proof, after all delay in withdrawal, deposit, now only I complaint about withdrawal issue , last day deposit , every time issue, no customer service agent only ai, this also I can prove by screen shot of my pathetic octa experience
