The Tablet was in pristine condition at a quarter of the price when purchased new.

I normally do not give feedback when I am not a regular customer as it only represents a single point in time when things could've gone either way. However, in this occasion I was quite satisfied.

Product quality was excellent which it perfectly matched the product rating on their website. Great customer service, keeping direct contact with me and working with me to ensure I receive my product at the time that suited me with no hesitation to make changes I required.

Note that I am still testing the product with everyday use but so far I haven't spot anything wrong with a refurbished product. So overall pleasantly surprised of the service and product received. Happy to endorse or recommend OCM based on a single experience.

Quick service as usual and I was able to collect in person too. An 18 month old Dell 3070 i5-9500 now up a running with LinuxMint and Win10 Pro for only £240 - a bargain.

Great overall service - speedy delivery and kept informed of progress. Helpful, friendly and clear advice over the phone and got a high spec computer in great condition. Perhaps not as much choice as some people might want, but that didn't matter to me.
