Great service

Delighted with my refurbished laptop. Arrived exactly as described and working perfectly. Great customer service as well. Very happy!

Excellent Customer Service

1. The product was delivered on time.
2. The laptop is securely packaged in a nice case inside a laptop bag.
3. The sales and customer service teams are very responsive.

Overall I got the best customer buying experience.

Quick delivery

Quick delivery, nice email updates and item arrived safely and well packed. Only thing I would add is what ports the monitor has e.g. USB etc or make it clearer for users when buying product.

Good product

Good product, works well, it's faster than how I imagined, it just feels so cool and honoured to purchase this laptop as it becomes a table mode aswell. Touch screen is very nice.

Very good service

Very good service, very helpful over the phone and I feel condident that if I were to have a problem, it would be dealt with efficiently.
My only negative observation would be, I had hoped for a fairly new machine. The Lenovo dispatched to me was 5 years old!!

Fantastic service

Fantastic service. I asked for some advice about which laptop to buy and Paul was amazing! Even let me collect it instead Of it being delivered as it was gift. Really impressed with service and laptop.

Good customer service

Quick and Efficient to use. Some order related issues but a quick call and they were able to correct the system delivery error.

Was quick to pick up the phone and responsive.
