I ordered a dress from Oasis on 9th August which was dispatched and payment taken by 11th August. It has been with Evri (need I say more?) since 14th August.
I have contacted customer services several times since Friday (18th) who couldn’t be less interested if they tried. Like many others on these reviews I have been told “we need to wait more time before we can investigate.”
Apparently 144+ hours without tracking updating isn’t enough for Oasis / Debenhams. They are expecting me to wait 17 days without tracking updating. I am now out of pocket for a dress I doubt I will ever receive. *EDIT* I have now had notification from Evri to advise my parcel has been "misplaced" and Oasis still refuse to refund me.
I have also complained to Evri however they are just as incompetent.
At this point, I don’t expect a response as it will probably just p*ss me off more. From reading other reviews the company will just try blame me for selecting super saver delivery despite it now being over 7 working days since I ordered. I have also had zero issues selecting this option in the past and receiving my parcel within a few days.
Customer services have asked me to rate them on Trustpilot and as requested, I am naming them as “that would be amazing” - so Ashlin, Millie, Luke and Kymberley thanks for nothing.
PLEASE, do yourself a favour and don’t waste your money here.

I have taken a look into your order and can see that your expected delivery date is today the 22nd of August for this order due to the parcel being placed on the 5-7 working day super saver option.
When tracking your parcel with Evri I can also see the parcel has updated showing the parcel to be out for delivery.
I do understand you frustration with being asked to allow a longer timeframe however this is to allow time for any updates to come through via your tracking with your courier, sometimes some parcels don't update until they are due to be delivered, such as what has happened to your parcel.

Bogus discount codes
Why does the website glitch each time you try to add a discount code. First it offers you £20 off £100 spend, you put £100 worth of goods in basket and then that disappears and another code for £30 of £150 spend comes up, so again extra items added and guess what as soon as you hit £150 or over the discount code offer disappears from side. Then it offers 10% off everything but when you add discount code to order it states “discount code not found”. Tried contacting customer services and they were no help either. What a shambles.

Cheap clothes!! Don’t buy.
I ordered a raincoat from oasis and after wearing it for the first time when it rained the coat was completely ruined with white stains.
I contacted oasis and informed them of this I was told to wash it and that coats stain!!
I have never had a coat let alone one sold as a raincoat, stain when it has got wet.
Oasis if you sell poor quality clothes expect returns.
I would like a full refund and you can have your cheap excuse of a raincoat back!!

Oasis are now demanding I provide more info even though I have already raised this with their customer service department; or they will get Trustpilot to remove my negative review!!
I guess that’s one way of avoiding negative reviews and poor ratings remove reviews you don’t like!!

Gutted! I tried some Oasis jeans for the first time. I loved them, shape fit and style was perfect, my new go to for jeans. After 10 months of use the denim has split along the seam. Usually I'd repair myself but as its not a seam separation this is not possible without changing the shape of the jeans. Denim should be a hard wearing fabric... I've other pairs much older that are still going. I'd hoped the almost £50 price tag would buy me some quality but sadly not. Customers services advised that as they are over 6 mths old they can't help me. I'll be looking for a new favourite

I used a £25 gift voucher from Thrift+ to part pay for an order which I returned as it was too small hoping to then reorder something else with it. I have been told by Oasis TWICE that I am not able to have the £25 back to use for a replacement- they will just keep it and I am out of pocket! Legal?!?
A little update- there was confusion on Oasis part over whether my code was only a discount code ie 25% off when it was a Thrift+ E-gift card worth £25. This has now been resolved and my replacement order has gone in with E-card applied. Many thanks to customer services staff for unravelling it all

Refund from 12th July still not processed for Oasis and can’t contact company!!!
I also returned an item via Evri on 12th July. I have yet to receive a refund or confirmation that a refund is being processed. I have been unable to contact anyone regarding this. Sent an email and it came back as undeliverable!!! I used to love Oasis clothes but after this experience, don’t think I will be using this company again. I’m £75 out of pocket and really unhappy.

The refund policy for Oasis is terrible
The refund policy for Oasis is terrible. I returned my items on the 27th June 2023 by using the 48 hour return service that I was deducted £2 for. This seems to be pointless as I didn’t receive an acknowledgment of the return until the 8th July and no refund until the 13th July. This is far too slow and stressful. There seems to be no contact details to check what is happening, the only comfort I had that my refund was received before the 8th July was via the postal tracking service, thank goodness.
I will now have to pay nearly £300 on my credit card at the end of the month as the refund is credited to the following month, thank you Oasis for this! I will never buy from the Boohoo group again as I’ve had similar experiences with other brands they have purchased. There are other retailers out there that don’t hold onto your money for 2 weeks after returning the clothing, I’ll be buying from them instead.
An interesting response from Oasis, but I had an email stating it would take up to 4 days to check my return on the 8th July. I received an email late on the 12th July to say my refund was being processed. So it did not take 7 days for the processing, it took 1 day. The rest of the time was all Oasis.

From the date you return your order, it can take up to 15 days for this to arrive back at the warehouse and a further 7 days for a refund to be processed back onto your card. Once the refund is issued, we do not have any control over how long this takes to go back onto your card.
As you returned on the 27th June and your refunds were issued on the 8th July, they were issued well within the returns timeframe.
I understand you will be shopping with other retailers, but I hope you will give us another chance in the future.

As per our returns policy, due to the volume of returns we receive, we ask to allow 15 days from the date of posting any return for it to reach our warehouse and be refunded by our returns team. An email confirming this refund will only be sent once the return is processed.

Not refunded for all returned items
I returned 11 items of clothing to Oasis, but they only refunded me for 10. By the time I noticed the error, they claimed it was too late and they couldn't refund me for the final item. This was THEIR error, yet they've suddenly imposed a time limit (not mentioned anywhere) for me to spot the error and raise with them? I've always been a huge fan of Oasis clothes but I won't be buying any more from them now if I can't trust their returns process.

Update: Thank you for sending this over. I've had a look at the order and can see the return in question was refunded over 2 months ago and this would be considered a significant amount. On this occasion as a gesture of goodwill, I've gone ahead and refunded the item you have advised was also returned and this should show on your account by the 20th July. Issues with refunds on returns are definitely not a regular occurrence but should there be an issue on a future order, please do let us know as soon as possible and we'll be able to get this sorted for you straight away.

I returned a parcel a week ago, still I haven’t heard anything back from these people, no email, no refund yet.
On Evri website the parcel showed as returned on the 5th of July.
I tried to reach the customer service via email provided on internet, absolutely awful. Terrible experience.

Still no refund
I returned a package and still have not received a refund. I have received no email confirming - return only on the tracking. I have attempted to contact Oasis using the email address but it keeps bouncing back saying there are temporary issues. There is no other way to contact them, how ridiculous. I will be speaking with my credit card company.
