Oasis does not exist anymore, it's now a simple dropshipping website, to make the matters worse you will receive better customer service from Asian dropshipping websites than from so called Oasis.

I have been a loyal Oasis customer for years, but my recent experience has completely turned me away. Since Oasis was bought out, it’s clear that no one knows what’s going on. You think you are shopping on Oasis, but in reality, you are ordering from several different stores, which is not stated anywhere on the site.

I placed an order for four items, none of which fit, so I attempted to return them. The return process was absurdly cumbersome. You have to return each item individually.

You would think that would be the end of the ordeal, but no. Oasis is now charging me individual returns fees, claiming that I have ordered from different companies. Dear Oasis, please have your legal team check what you are doing. It is unlawful to charge multiple return fees for one order placed on one platform. I have returned the items a week ago and still waiting to hear any updates.

When I queried this, the customer service team gave me a link to Debenhams website with Debenhams terms and conditions. I have not ordered from Debenhams, but from Oasis.

They mentioned another company that I have never even heard of..

Do not buy from Oasis, you will be receiving dropshipped goods from other companies and Oasis won't take any responsibility.

Paying for 4 separate returns for 1 order is illegal.

After that they stareted sending me identical messages and said that I cannot write a legal letter as they can only be reached via Social Media. Does that sound like a legitimate company to you?

Oasis used to be a brand I trusted, but it is evident that Oasis as we knew it no longer exists. I will never order anything from here again and urge you to stay away to save yourself from what I am going through.

Dealt with my faulty return within half an hour. Unfortunately they could not replace as the item was out of stock so refunded the cost and gave me free delivery next time.
Not only that they allowed me to keep the item to upcycle or donate.

Just a terrible company. I always thought oasis was a trusted brand until this happens . I Order a pair of shoes for a wedding I didn’t realise they have a third party situation with Debenhams and the rest of the world. Ordered the shoes and thought nothing of it , got the confirmation from oasis then two days later got a confirmation from Debenhams saying they are processing my order. So not only do oasis not even process their own orders my banking details were shared with all their partners. They shared all my card details used which lead to my card details attempted to be used . The bank has already completed their investigation and found oasis liable for the cloning and the fraud attempt on my card. Apparently by sharing the card details with so many partners someone thought they’d try it. Really don’t order from them also the order was placed on the 25th of July delivery was promised 5-7 business days and never happened and now they are saying I have to wait until the 16th to try and receive a refund. They also blamed me for my card getting cloned and said it was in there terms and conditions that they will share your banking information. I’m used to companies sharing emails but to share people banking details feels a little illegal.

Purchased Oasis frames from a high street opticians - frames themselves are lovely, I have to pay a significant amount for super-thin lenses because my eyesight not brilliant. So all in all paid around £350. Oasis provide a flimsy cardboard box for their frames now instead of maybe providing a proper glasses case for such a significant purchase so that they don't get damaged. Sustainability gone mad! (My old glasses get donated to Charity so it's not like I am not considering the environment already; my backup pair need their own case so I can't reuse that one).

Edit: Oasis reply below - it's not the High Street Retailer that makes the glasses cases, it is the ones Oasis supply with them that they provide. Poorly researched answer from Oasis.

I have been trying to get a returns label from customer services for the last 5 days, and am going round in circles. No phone number means that it is impossible to have an actual conversation, and each time they respond to messages and emails they completely ignore previous correspondence. Every reply takes at least 24 hours so I am now outside of the returns period, and they can't seem to understand that this was not the case 5 days ago when I first contacted them. I sent an email with all of the dates and screenshots of previous correspondence, and have received a generic 'as we are now outside the 28 day return period I can't process a return' - they don't bother to read the details. It's an absolute joke, I will never shop with Oasis again.

After taking over a week to receive my order, I ended up reordering with next day delivery and when they both finally arrived the quality was awful. The sandals all had some sort of fault. Not like the Oasis I used to know and love. In total it cost £175.
I returned the same day 28th May, and have fought to receive refunds. Despite having proof of postage and seeing they had received the parcels two days later. Not one email responded to, the only way I could communicate with them was through Instagram with a new person messaging responding every occasion. I kept being told new dates I had to wait until to receive my refunds with no reasoning attached and weeks and weeks went by. In the end I had to open a PayPal case against them. Never did I expect to have to do that against a company like Oasis. Never again will I buy anything from them!!!!

I ordered one dress on May 27. A few days later received an email saying the order was on its way. Still waiting! The sender has advised they have despatched my item to Royal Mail, but they haven't received it yet. I contacted the Customer Services to find out where my order is. After a day they replied. Unfortunately my order was lost in transit and the dress is now out of stock... They gave me a full refund.

If I could give zero I would! Oasis is a shameless, disgusting company who is ripping people off with bad quality of clothes, and then when we send things back they are not adhering to our consumer rights. They still haven't processed my refund after receiving the items on 3rd June making excuses that I'm outside my returns window, even though they accepted via email that their email address on the app was incorrect which caused the delay sending items (plus they didn't send a returns label in the packaging otherwise I would have sent it ages ago!). I was sending emails to the wrong email address without my knowledge!!!
DO NOT SHOP HERE!! SCAMMERS!! I WILL BE COMPLAINING TO TRADING STANDARDS AND WILL GIVE RAVE REVIEWS ON THEIR SOCIALS. I BLOODY HAD ENOUGH!!!!!

I bought a Jacket and was a bit too tight in my arms. I returned it immediately after a day. The parcel was delivered at the warehouse within three days. I waited for a week to receive a confirmation email for my refund from them but nothing was going on. I decided to contact the customer service team and Jennifer responded to me immediately, she told me to wait for few days and if I still don’t hear from them I should contact her back. Exactly the same day she requested me to contact her back, she immediately refunded my money and a confirmation email. I credit this to Jennifer for her help, she has good customer service. Thank you

I placed an order on 29th May, received it on 3rd June but after trying everything on, returned all items as they either did not fit or did not suit me. I returned the order on 4th June and have not heard anything from the Oasis Customer Service team since, despite my multiple attempts to get in touch regarding the processing of my refund. I’m growing increasingly anxious as I cannot get hold of anyone and I need the refunded amount to be returned ASAP. It’s a real shame as I have been a loyal customer of Oasis for many years now but this experience will really put me off buying from them in the future. The returns process is haphazard at best and the fact that you can’t contact anyone via telephone to help rectify an issue is very unsettling for customers. I really hope that someone from the Oasis team can contact me to help resolve my issue soon.

You can always tell the difference with the brands that used to be good but just going downhill. Oasis being one of them, bought three dresses, hadn’t used oasis for a while. All came and poor cheap quality. Not only that they recieved my return back on the 24th May, signed for by their warehouse and there refusing to refund me until they conduct their own internal investigation as to where it’s gone. They keep adding 7 days to the investigation, the support staff who handle customer care are clearly budget and don’t look after the customer and here I am waiting for robbing oasis to refund my money. I would avoid and shop somewhere well known for quality for customer service. There is a reason this place disappeared from the high street and it’s the worse it’s ever been. Look forward to a refund of my own money oasis - or do you want to make another excuse and add on a “7 day working day period”.

Ordered a dress for a wedding but unfortunately was too big so returned item. Return was recieved at warehouse but no refund was issued.
I contacted customer support and Lemuel R sorted this situation almost immediately. Great customer service and easy to communicate via message.

Would really recommend avoid shopping here.
I made a large order (DUX027921161) and it simply never arrived. I followed up with customer service after about 10 days and they said that I'd 'refused delivery' and it was returned back.
I categorically never refused delivery as there was no delivery to refuse! I was in every day that they claimed delivery was attempted, and also have a 24/7 concierge who takes parcels so there is simply no way that they genuinely tried to deliver and were unable.
Despite paying £2.99 for delivery and receiving absolutely nothing, with no delivery attempted, Oasis will not refund me my delivery cost. I have exchanged several emails with customer service but they refuse to be at all helpful.
Clearly there has been some issue with the delivery company here, however my contract for delivery is with Oasis and if they are having issues with their subcontracted delivery companies, that is their own seperate issue and not something that should be passed on to the customer.
I can see in a previous review response that delivery is only refunded if the parcel is delayed. Well mine was so 'delayed' that it has simply never arrived, and I didn't get it back!
It is not even a large amount of money so it seems bizarre to me that Oasis have chosen to totally sour relationships over it. But just the principle of keeping my money and giving me absolutely nothing back for it is very frustrating.
Oasis are clearly using unreliable delivery companies, so I would recommend shopping elsewhere if you actually want to receive your goods and not end up being down in cash with nothing to show for it.

I bought a dress and it came on time, didn’t take too long to arrive! Though the dress had some loose buttons, was able to reach out to customer service and they were able to give me a partial refund! Thank you Jasmin L.

I had an issue with an order that was delivered to me. Unfortunately, items went missing in transit. I contacted Oasis through messenger and was assisted by Jenny, who was able to provide a speedy and acceptable resolution with great customer service. Thank you

Had issues returning an item - the customer care was excellent - particularly Jerome - issue dealt with within a couple of hours ! Excellent service !

Would give 0 stars if possible. I returned an item over 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive my money back. I have confirmation it was received by Oasis and each time I email I get a different person reply who doesn't bother to look at the email trail and either asks me to send proof of postage again or tells me to give it time. Alarmingly this seems to be a common issue that people's returns are getting lost and they're not getting their money back and Oasis seems to think that's OK. I have shopped with Oasis for years but won't be anymore.
