Just an update from my order with OASIS, I messaged them via instagram and now they only have one dress, the cheapest out of the 4 - what a disgrace this company is. I stated the dresses sent back together and they had received the dresses and I checked with Evri. Had any one else experience lost dressed. How can 4 dresses be returned together and tracked back yet they claim to have only one. What a total mess this company is. Never in my life have i experienced such incompetence on this level.
Please be mindful when ordering with this company

I was declined a refund for my order DUX040852620 just because I missed the return deadline by 1 day! This was only because I had surgery which left me bed bound and unable to use my leg for the most basic things so never mind travelling to the post office. I explained all of this, and politely asked for an exception given the situation, or at least the ability to get a credit note rather than being left with items that don't fit me but had received terrible service instead. All the products still have tags on have not been worn and customer service just ignored me, for just 1 day! I explained that not refunding me would put me in financial difficulties and I offered to provide my medical reports to prove that I wasn't lying in case that was the issue but no, the issue is that it's a cruel company taking advantage of people in bad situation. Shame on you.

Dire company to deal with. Ordered two pairs shoes. Paid postage as no option for free store collection. Neither fitted so I returned both and after waiting a MONTH for my refund, MORE postage had been deducted !!!! So I literally paid £6 just to try them on!! Daylight robbery. Will never order from them again!!!

Absolutely awful experience, I wish I had paid attention to the reviews! I returned an order to the retailer on the 28th May and have only received a partial refund for this return. I have chased them countless times and was receiving some replies from agents advising me I had received a refund but when I replied informing them that I have only received a partial refund, they have since ignored me. The last reply I received was from Ronald on Monday morning and I have chased since then but, to date (Friday afternoon) have not received any response or more importantly, the remainder of the refund. I would be grateful if somebody could please reach out to me to get this resolved once and for all and process my full refund without further delay.

Goods arrived 27 may returned 28 may had confirmation from oasis they received return and were refunding me. now 17 June and no funds arrived. Cannot contact by phone so text them but AI RESPONSE said somebody get back to me - 6 hrs later no response and no refund circa £50 . This is appalling service email bounces back at a loss of how I can now get my money back please be cautious if ordering on line from them now looking for chief exec details and will email them as not acceptable

Awful. Ordered a dress nearly 2 weeks ago. No sign of the delivery and customer services are of no help. This place rob you!

Would put less than one star if possible. It’s the first time I have ordered from oasis and I will not be doing this again. I have waited over 3 and a half weeks for a refund which I am now chasing daily to be told via SMS (because there is no one to speak to) to wait until the end of the day for the refund to ‘hit’ my account. Guess what… it never ‘hits’! It’s a lot of money for me that I am waiting to be refunded.
For a company that is only online it really needs to look into its refunds/delivery process and learn a few things from other online fashion brands.
Also i am expecting the usual reply on here that I have seen on other reviews - ‘we are extremely busy at the moment’ please Oasis dont bother commenting if that’s what you are going to do. Use a phone and call me to tell me my money has been returned!

It’s actually Debenhams you order from. No confirmation email of my order was sent. Then a Debenhams package is delivered to my neighbour. Poor quality of dresses. Also paid for postage which shouldn’t have as if you order from Debenhams direct it can be free delivery. Customer service is appalling.

I ordered a sequin dress from Oasis. However, when it arrived, the item was too tangled to even try on. Immediately repacked the item and started the return process. Their website states ‘as soon as we receive the item, we’ll send you an email’ etc. Tracking states it was received on May 22nd and on the 28th, still nothing from them. I’m concerned my refund will go the same way as others. If I don’t hear anything, I’ll instigate a charge back too. I’m sure if the acquirers keep seeing these charge backs, they will question what’s going on with this particular retailer.
JUST AS AN UPDATE AND TO FOLLOW ON FROM DEAN’S RESPONSE. 3RD JUNE, STILL NO CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPT OF RETURNED ITEM AND NO NOTIFICATION OF REFUND. DEAN, CAN I SUGGEST YOUR COMPANY’S SERVICE MOVES TO BEING PROACTIVE VS REACTIVE/NON-EXISTENT. I WILL CONTINUE TO UPDATE ON THE SITUATION TO HIGHLIGHT THE ISSUE. FYI, YOUR 3 LINES OF COMMUNICATION ARE NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY!
Latest is, on 6th June I received an email from Debenhams stating I had a refund from Oasis. No email advising they’d received the item back or were processing it. I purchase online every week with a large number of retailers. Most of these are excellent - this is by far my worst experience in a loooong time. I am not in the habit of buying loads of stuff and returning items. On the odd occasion I do, I would really expect it to be a lot easier than this has been.

I ordered two jackets, neither were suitable. Followed the returns process and had confirmation that a refund had been actioned but it's still not showing on my account. All you get is an automated response when you contact them. Ill start charge back with my credit card company. Will never use again

Returned a order for £126 on 21st April and still not received a full refund.
After 4 weeks I have been given £48 back! And everytime I contact customer services I keep being told its automated.
£126 is a lot of money to me and to not give that back for over 4 weeks is appalling.
The parcel was confirmed delivered back to them weeks ago

I returned a dress to Oasis over two weeks ago, having submitted the return request on 20 April 2025 and posted it back on 23 April. As of 10 May, I’ve still not received my refund.

Despite following all return procedures correctly and allowing more than enough time for processing, I’ve had no update, no refund, and no meaningful communication from Oasis.
I will be reluctant to shop with Oasis again and strongly advise others to be cautious, especially if there’s a chance you’ll need to return anything. The lack of transparency and delay in refunding money is deeply disappointing particularly as I have shopped there for over two decades. As with most things replied are automated.

Really bad experience with Oasis/Debenhams. I ordered a bunch of dresses for a wedding, I tried them on and decided which one I will keep. The returns process isn’t easy. I had to send all 6 dresses back in separate parcels, each with their own process to get the return label. They also charge you £1.99 per parcel you return even though it’s all from 1 order.
I received an email on 18th April to say they received the dress back, now it’s 1st May and still no sign of a refund. I’ve contacted numerous times over WhatsApp and keep being told it’s being processed but they can’t give any idea of how long it will take. Just ‘soon’. They owe me over £500. Very very poor customer experience and I shall certainly never shop with them again.

Terrible refund process - well actually won’t issue me either a refund
I ordered my item and paid extra for delivery within 4 working days
After 5 working days I could see my item was still sitting in the Evri depot
It’s now been 12 working days and my item is still there!!!
I have contacted Oasis customer service as instructed by Evri
I have been told I need to wait another 5 days before they will even look at my complaint
The fact I paid for a service I haven’t received doesn’t matter to oasis they won’t refund me my delivery charge
I asked for a full refund as I needed the item for an event which has now happened and I’ve had to buy an item from somewhere else. They won’t issue me with a refund
I get an automated message each time I try to go through all the issues then get told I’m being transferred to an agent
This doesn’t happen I then go through it all again
Going round in circles all the while this company Oasis HAVE MY MONEY!!!!!
I have said I no longer want the item and want a full refund plus compensation
I’m told no wait another 5 days
Absolutely disgusting customer service

This review is about the length of time it takes them to refund you following a return.

Keep in mind the law states refunds must be processed within 14 days of receiving the return back as below

Under Regulation 34(1) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, I am entitled to a refund within 14 days of the retailer receiving the returned goods, or proof of their return — whichever is earlier.

So why is it the goods were revived back to oasis on the 19th of March and I am told I won’t receive my refund until the 26th of April. Be advised Will be issuing a charge back due to you not abiding by the law.

Your text customer service don’t care. They just state what they are told and it’s pretty dismal.

Ordered a lot from here in one delivery some of the items were really poor quality so I sent back for a refund.

Definitely won’t order from here again I’ve not had this issue when ordering from Debenhams but all seems to be the same company. So confusing
Anyway I do not recommend the returns process is appalling

The delivery was great and items were great quality but needed to return because didn’t suit me.

I sent the items at the beginning of February - chased the refund today and it took me to message again at 10pm before I got a response!! For them to tell me the refund was processed on the 17th and to wait till the 4th of March!! 1 month for a refund is crazy! Customer service is rubbish. Won’t be buying from here again…

Once I was able to get through to customer service Danny was finally able to help me, thank you Danny.

From the start of this process to return my faulty item, It has been very easy and straightforward to first raise the issue and then to resolve the issue. I’m very pleased with the service I’ve received.
